CAP Barbell Premium Spin Bike Mat

I bought this mat to protect the hardwood floor from a folding exercise bike I had purchased. The mat is exactly what I was looking for. It is thick and well padded for my purposes (55 lb bike). Did not roll up on the corners and did not have any awful off-gassing smell which I was expecting. It also cut super easy with a regular pair of scissors. It was so thick that I was concerned I might not be able to easily cut it, but it was very easy. I love the smaller size of this mat because so many of the exercise equipment mats are really long and more expensive, and I did not need that.

I liked the durability, quality and price. Great value, great product all around. I have a Sunny spin bike and i roll it back and forth from the mat. The constant moving of the bike hasn't caused any scuffs or nicks on the mat.

Great mat. I'm using this on carpet with a stationary bike. Looks nice. Quality is great. Does the intended job and is the perfect size although I was initially scared when I saw it. But the size is absolutely perfect!

I use this under a bike mounted on an indoor trainer. The mat is plenty wide enough, and the length extends from the middle of the front wheel to the front of the rear wheel, long enough to catch the sweat and any spills from a bike bottle. It's nice and sturdy, not super-flexible like a yoga mat, and holds its shape and place perfectly on Berber carpet. It's not as thick as the interlocking tiles you'll find on a gym floor, but plenty thick enough for a bike trainer. It comes tightly rolled up, and the thickness means that it wanted to roll itself back up for quite a while. You'll need to hold the corners down until it decides it wants to stay flat on its own -- took about a month for me. Not especially smelly, but it is rubber/plastic, so I left it in the garage for a day or two to air out.

The thickness is perfect for a bike to stay in place and protect the floors, but not too thick where the bike would move around. This size is perfect and fits the bike perfectly. Easy to wipe down with a cloth. And great texture.

I've used this mat as a top pad for when I restored a vintage Snap-On rolling tool box. Cut to fit, used 3m spray adhesive to attach. Lasted since mid 2015 without any rips or tears. Bought a new Blue Point rolling tool cart with flip lid mid 2018, likely going to buy another mat & attach it the same way, trim to fit to prevent wear & tear. This stuff is NICE!

I've been using this for about six or seven months now. The wife and I bought an exercise bike since they closed the gyms due to the pandemic. The room we put the bike in has carpeting and we didn't want sweat getting all over the carpet and wanted a more sturdy platform for the bike so I bought a piece of thick plywood and ripped it down to the size of this mat, put the mat over it, and (obviously) put the bike on the mat. The mat has not moved an inch and hasn't torn. The bike is used regularly and the mat still looks new - we just give it a quick wipe down after using the bike.

This mat works and fits perfectly underneath our Peloton bike. It’s thick enough to provide some cushioning but not too thick to make cycling feel any different.

This is a perfect companion for the exercise bike. It is just the right size, lightly cushioning the heavy bike. It serves to absorb sound and vibration as well as protecting the floor from sweat. A great purchase.
