Absolutely awesome dispatch and delivery time. The best I’ve ever had from Amazon having not paid for Prime. Putting together was reasonably straightforward but bolting the back to the seat is a 2 person job, weight and angle too difficult for 1. A little engineering issue where 1 bolt can’t be added and tightened due to another part in the way but it’s a minor issue that doesn’t alter the stability of the chair. Comfort is very comfortable. Best I’ve had. The arms could do with being able to lower even more as they hit the desk surface but another minor issue. Value for money a big tick. Size a big tick, back support a huge tick. Definitely buy another if needed.

Great quality, semi easy solo build, great recline. The chair is firm, personally unsure if i like this or not because this is both my sofa/office chair simultaneously. Around £300- could be a bit cheaper but never the less still relatively cheap. very clean look I am not personally a fan of 4D armrests but these seem to have a good resistance.

The chair has a great design and build quality and the arm rests are great and can be adjusted well to match your needs. What makes this stand out for me is the amazing team behind it and great customer support.

Chair was delivered quicker than expected, which suited me. Arrived in one large box and was well packed. Quite heavy so dud have to adjust hubby to help carry. Hubby, who hates flat packs, found it easy to assemble due to everything you need is included. Within 20 mins it was done. Chair very comfortable and suits my needs perfectly.

This is a solid chair for the price. The seat cushion is firm but supportive and is very comfortable to sit on for extended periods. I bought this for my home office and am happy. But, there are problems. The adjustments, specifically for the head and back rests, are very stiff and barely functional. The backrest has completely locked at the time of writing. Fortunately, it's locked in the position I need it to be in, so it's not a major issue. The armrests are very high; even at the lowest level, they are still too high for my liking. The pads are also very firm: almost uncomfortable. I removed these and use the chair without them. The lumbar support and seat depth adjustments are very good. I am taller and have back issues, so this would have been a showstopper for me, but I am very happy with how both of these adjustments work. The recline is not very deep, and the lock positions are very far apart. But, the chair feels substantial enough to hold its position properly while still allowing flex in the frame. Assembly is simple. I did have a few fixings left over afterwards, which made me wonder if I did something wrong. Overall, this is a good chair for the price. But, with the small faults I have discovered, I am not sure I can recommend it to anyone else.

Good - except that the adjusting levers & knobs & slides are EXTREMELY difficult to adjust. Might bed in after some time of use...frustrating! Designer andmanufacturer need to pay more attenetion to tolerances and ergonomics of all adjusters. Instruction diagrams are very poor. Could be excellent IF such improvements are completed.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les réglages disponibles permette de bien adapter le siège à sa morphologie, que ce soit en profondeur et hauteurs diverses ( dossier et partie lombaire du dossier ) ou de sa profondeur. De même, le réglage de la force de pression du dossier permet qu’il soit efficace même avec mes 1m80/93 kilos. Je suis passé d’un fauteuil à dossier fixe à ce modèle. Et mes cervicales m’en remercient tous les jours. Globalement confortable. J’ai juste réglé ce qui pour moi était un vrai défaut, à savoir le maillage mesh grâce à un plaid en laine. Le seul coté un peu agaçant sont les accoudoirs non verrouillables en orientation et en décalage. Mais, honnêtement, ça ne remet pas en cause l’intérêt de l’objet. J’aurais aussi bien aimé qu’on puisse les baisser trois ou quatre centimètres de plus. Mais, bon, rien de catastrophique non plus.

UPDATE: Der Kundenservice hat reagiert ohne, dass ich diesen anschreiben musste und hat das Problem absolut zufriedenstellend gelöst. Exzellenter Kundenservice und ein Hersteller dem zufriedene Kunden wichtig sind. :) Ich habe den Stuhl gekauft um meinen Noble Chair in Rente zu schicken. Dieser war zwar sehr bequem aber nicht besonders ergonomisch. Da ich im Home-Office arbeite, sitze ich im Durchschnitt gute 10 Stunden täglich. Erstmal das Positive: - Ergonomisch! Ich habe bereits nach 3 Tagen weniger Rückenschmerzen und kann eine längere Zeit am Stück sitzen bevor ich den unbedingten Drang habe mich zu bewegen - Einfacher Zusammenbau - Optisch gefällt mir der Stuhl sehr gut - Die Rückenstütze funktioniert gut - Preislich ist der Stuhl in Ordnung - Die Rollen sind smooth und leise - Das Gemaschte am Rückenteil sorgt für gute Durchlüftung - "Lümmeln" geht super dank einfach verstellbarem Rückenteil Neutral: Die Kopfstütze ist vermutlich individuell von Person zu Person unterschiedlich sinnvoll. Für mich gibt es hier keine Einstellung die wirklich bequem ist, sie stört aber auch nicht. Negativ (die Armlehnen): - Sie verstellen sich zu leicht. Wenn ich nur ein Stück zurück rutsche, verstellen diese sich mit. Auch beim Hinsetzen rutsche ich diese ständig nach hinten. Die Stufen haben hier definitiv zu wenig Widerstand. - Die "Stufen" der Armlehnen fühlen sich billig und nicht gleichmäßig an. Meine Einstellung ist die 3. Stufe und beide Armlehnen richtig einzustellen ist nicht ganz einfach. Selbst mit viel Gefühl springe ich oft Stufen. Manche Stufen klemmen außerdem. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn sich diese nicht ständig verstellen würden. - Die Armlehnen lassen sich zwar im Winkel verändern, jedoch nicht weiter nach innen oder außen schieben. Um die Armlehnen näher an oder weiter weg vom Körper zu schieben, müssen diese neu verschraubt werden. (in der Regel macht man das nur einmal, wenn jedoch mehrere Leute den Stuhl nutzen wollen, würde ich abraten) - Die Armlehnen sind, bei gleicher Höhen-Einstellung, nicht exakt gleich hoch Fazit: Der Stuhl ist ein deutliches Upgrade in der Ergonomie, ich habe seit der Nutzung spürbar weniger Rückenschmerzen, der Kundenservice reagiert proaktiv und ist sehr entgegenkommend.

Good enough chair from this brand. It was my first purchase! While I was impressed with many aspects, there’s two flaws which are really annoying! Pros: The chair is immensely comfortable, with infinite amount of adjustment for lumbar, seating position and support. You can basically choose to set-it up as a church bench or a first-class plane seat! The construction is sturdy and quiet. I want to emphasize the quiet and seamless - blends very well into an office or home. Cons: One big problem is the reclining and arm-rest connection. When you want to recline backwards, the arm-rests still stay forward. This makes it hard to put your elbows down trying to relax when the rest is soo far away. Secondly, the headrest adjustment for height is a bit pathetic if I’m honest. It works, but it’s stiff and hard to adjust. Overall: Great value, great comfort and a few downsides which you can overcome/adjust to

Dans l'ensemble, cette chaise est confortable, les finitions sont correctes, après un mois d'utilisation, je trouve tout de même que le prix demandé pour la qualité perçue est un peu élevé, je m'explique : Oui, l'assise est confortable, le dossier dispose de nombreux réglages, d'ailleurs, il faut du temps pour trouver le réglage optimum, et avec les roulettes en options (proposées par la marque), le déplacement est agréable (chaise seule ou assis dessus). Son défaut se trouve dans les accoudoirs : A la position la plus basse, je les trouve encore trop haut, mais surtout... leur rotation 360 est aussi inutile que désagréable ! A chaque prise en main pour déplacer/remettre la chaise via un accoudoir, crac, ils tournent d'un ou deux crans (vers l'intérieur, ou l'extérieur selon...). Même assis sur la chaise, quand vous déplacez un bras, s'il rencontre un accoudoir, crac il bouge encore, si un accoudoir rencontre le bureau dans un déplacement, crac... cette fonction est étrange, à quoi ça sert ?? A mes yeux, c'est inutile, et ça m'agace ! De plus, après un mois d'utilisation, j'ai remarqué que la stabilité des accoudoirs sur la position centrale est de plus en plus floue, en cause, une usure probablement engendrée par les nombreuses rotations effectuées malencontreusement à chaque prise en main de la chaise par un accoudoir. Vraiment dommage, car leur matière est agréable, mais entre la hauteur et cette rotation inutile, c'est le point faible de cette chaise vendue 400 euros tout de même.
