Spray one is are best.
These are great products. I have multiple ones for multiple strops.

Great price and very consistent results
Very very consistent grit with very a fast cutting high % of diamond concentration per spray, although not quite as concentrated as their paste version in the sringe tubes. I love their 3, 1 and .25 micron sizes. I can go directly from a 400 grit diamond plate to their 3 micron on the flesh side strop and get hair popping edge after 5 swipes per side or on my keener paper towel cutting edges I go from the 1200 plate to the 1 micron on some skin side leather for even keener edge. I love to use the 1/4 micron on some hard skin side ru leather as both a final burr removable step and quick touch up between sharpenings.

Faulty spray bottle
The one way valve in the spray bottle I received did not work and the spray was unusable, it wasn't easy to spread the stuff evenly this way. It may have been just a faulty spray cap, but I'm somewhat suspicious that 4 micron (+ whatever variance it has) diamond particles are large enough to mess with the spray cap. No complaints about the content of the bottle though, it seems to work well enough.

Super sharp knives.
I applied two times before using. My knives are like razors.

Shake the bottle well.
I have honestly not being using this product on multiple times a day basis but a few times a week. At first I thought it was not as good as touted. I then thought I’d try applying the product, after shaking it, a little heavier and left it for 24 plus hours to dry. I definitely got better end results. I’m happy, bit pricey aren’t they all.

A little goes a long way.
The emulsion works as advertised. It comes in a 1 oz/ 30 ml bottle. I sprayed 3 squirts on my leather 1x30 belt and it delivered a nice polish. It was very easy to use.
