I bought this kit to keep on my service truck instead of using worm gear clamps. These clamps look clean and professional and don't come loose in engine/truck applications like a worm gear clamp. Also very inexpensive option. I found that using the high quality crimping pliers is much better than using the cheap little pliers that come with these kits. I think I bought pex clamp crimping pliers. They crimp in two directions as opposed to the cheap ones that just squeeze the little hump in the clamp.

This hose clamp kit with tool was needed in my repair shop. It comes with most of the main sizes you will need at a great price. Seller even reached out to me to make sure it met my needs and asked if I needed any help on how to use, great tool to have and we will be using it alot, tool is very easy to use and the clamping power is very strong with no leaks, case is a plus in keeping all the clamps neat and clean

Similar to a pex crimp. I used these with pex and low pressure file and oil lines. Work good.

Mice ate the hose on my Ryobi pressure washer and a repair kit came with a union and regular hose clamps. Well those clamps are well known to be useless with some kinds of hose under high pressure but these clamps exert even pressure around the circumference and make a good seal. The only reason to use regular clamps on anything is because you have to remove it periodically - everything else works better with this style clamp.

Worked great. My Kenmore dishwasher's spray arm pump hose came loose and I wanted to get it fixed quickly. It used these clamps, and a regular worm drive hose clamp wouldn't work because it was too wide and wouldn't fit between the ridges on the hose. It clamped that hose back on tightly and easily. I got this set because it had next day delivery. I would have had to wait several days for Home Depot. I used one of the 250 clamps and will probably never use the rest of them, but it was worth it.

I purchased to replace the hand-ripping hose clamps on my garden hose ends. Worked great, look good, no potential to cut hands.
