It's sharp
Yes it's a sharp knife which cuts most things easily however it is not so great for cutting cheddar cheese as the blade is very narrow. This is the replacement for the same item where the blade snapped off at the handle when cutting cheddar, something it had done for several years before.

A Super Versatile Knife.
This is by far my favourite knife in my kitchen. I've bought two of them because my husband also goes for this one as a favourite. They are sharp and they don't lean as they cut. I definitely recommend them.

Indispensable Kitchen Tool
You need this knife. They are handy and used in many kitchen preparations. They are ferociously sharp and made of good quality steel. I broke my last one through my own fault. I was trying to open a stuck carton with it and the blade snapped. So, I ordered two more just to have a reserve and will not mis-treat them .

Ma mère recherchait ces couteaux à légumes depuis 15 ans. Ils sont au niveau de leur "ancêtre" : légers, maniables et redoutables lorsque vous découpez une tomate. Gros point positif : les dents coupent, ils n'arrachent pas.

The knife is sharp and works well, but the tip broke. Poor quality. I barely used it a week or two. Very disappointed
