Do not purchase tis item unless you are prepared to pay a subscription to view the image. For the first few weeks all was well, then access to the image of the camera and another I own was blocked until I took out a subscription

Got to give 5 start at the beginning for 4 months it worked great I could chat to the Husband why he was in living room and i was out in grand great at night time you would not believe it was dark at all . Then 3.5 months in just stopped working nothing at all we emailed for help and Sent a message from here all I got back was a big fat nothing so there Customer Care go from your 5 starts go down to 1 start It's a shame the camera was great

App unavailable for download, so cameras are essentially useless

Good camera amazing would definitely recommend

i have three of these and after a few days after full charge they don't stay on charge when the solar panels are connected to them and have to get all three on charge roughly the same time they are not quality on the camera does take a little bit for it to load when you need to see something quickly and have to join subscription to see any videos that have been recorded which is a down side to it

Warning, hidden charges and disgusting company behaviour. I contacted customer services to complain they took money from my account imediately, don’t even give me a month as stated, to try it out. They you find that what seemed like a one off charge makes little difference to the operation and only by paying more and more will you get the services that should be standard. I lost what I paid for it and the yearly subscription too. Pointless device and scummy company. Please don’t support them by making the same mistake as the rest of us. They will not communicate with you and the advert is a bunch of lies.
