EDC for sure
I've always liked to carry a headlamp with me. They're always very handy to have. They work better than just my phone flashlight. And overall I figured this would be perfect. I originally wanted one of these for hiking. And I ordered an old model years ago that ran pretty well for a long time. It still works today but unfortunately it doesn't use USB cable like this one does. With this one having a USB cable I don't have to fiddle around a box or drawer of old electronics to try to find something to charge it. I still keep the old headlamp around and use it here and there. But this is now my everyday caring. Definitely worth having a ways nothing and the headband is reflective.

Easy to use
This light is super easy to use. Simple switching function is what I like about the light best. It's very easy to use and use a friendly interface. You do not have to learn any special switch functions or interface functions. USB-c rechargeable too.

Good battery life
The light is easy to use without a ton of settings/options. So it's easy to remember which buttons to push. If you're looking for the option of flood vs. spotlight, this isn't the light for you. I've used for several hours on a charge and still have 2 of the 4 indicator lights on with the battery check. The only negative I've had is that you can't adjust the length of the cords quickly. The way they clip into the light housing they only slide on 2 of the 4 locations, so you have to remove the cord from the housing to shorten or lengthen....unless I'm missing something - but, that is a very minor issue.

Actually good
Removing 1 star because brightness is not adjustable other than the preset brightness levels, and it doesn't feel very durable, but otherwise, this is the perfect headlamp. I like how incredibly fast it charges, and how lightweight it is. I like how it does not do the anoying "step down" brightness constantly when the battery gets low the way my nitecore HA11 does. It still has the step-down feature, it's just not sensitive, and it only did the step down thing once in 5 months of using it. The best part about Nitecore brand headlamps is the headband. These headbands are in a league of their own, and are 100x better than standard headlamp headbands. I like how quickly I can adjust the headband tightness such as if I put a backwards ballcap on or off. I wish this headlamp came with the hatclip like the HA11 does though. The headband is mildly glow-in-the-dark. This is the most lightweight headlamp I have ever used, and it is very comfortable, I can even lay down in bed with it to read on the dim setting. But sometimes the middle brightness setting is too bright for me and I wish I could hold the button to change the brightness, analog style. The 2 brightness levels on the red light are nice but the dimmest setting is too dim, almost unusable. I only used it once when stargazing. I like that there are 4 brightness settings of main light, and I like the auxiliary floodlight setting. But overall, I think the price is too high. I camp and RV full time and I need 4 headlamps, but at $25 each I can only justify having 1 of these. If they were less expensive, I would buy another one and also 2 of the white ones for running/cycling too.

Lightweight, rechargeable, and bright.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a replacement for my black diamond headlamp that stopped working. It was much more inexpensive and advertised as lightweight. When it arrived I thought I got an empty box. This think is incredibly light. Wore it around the house and forgot I had it on. My wife thinks I went nuts. The button usage is simplistic. Looking at the light the button on the right controls the main light. The button on the left controls the red light. There’s three brightness levels to the white light each time you click it gets brighter. Same with the red light. There is two brightness levels and a strobe. If you click and hold the right button a white area light turns on where the red light is. If you click and hold again it’s high beam mode. There is a battery indicator light on the top to tell you how much charge you have. It seems very durable. It’s comfortable to wear and has adjustment capabilities to tighten the strap as well as change the angle the light is pointed. Bought two more for my son and wife also.

LOVE IT
Small, light, sufficient battery life. Red mode has dimmer and brighter options.

Very light weight for the amount of light
It is so light in weight, that I often forget it is on my head. Great for extra light in chores around the house. In the forest, I just use the red setting (so my pupils adjust to the dark), and when I turn it off when I’m back near the fire, I forget it’s there.

Just perfect
It's got everything you need in a headlamp. Get it.
