I've used this for typing when my elbows are hurting, and this made it so I could get my work done (disclaimer: this is good to use along with a comprehensive physical therapy plan, not for working through the pain and ultimately making things worse). It did reduce my typing accuracy and mobility, but I got used to it after a while; they're certainly moderate compression. The sleeve works only if you get it aligned just right, otherwise you can't bend your arm (I still have trouble bending my arm all the way, because the fabric bunches up a little).These sleeves conveniently fit under my shirt sleeves and stay in place; the fabric is also pretty comfortable, other than the tag, which I might cut off. I got a size small because I'm a small woman (there was no size chart attached when I ordered), and it fits pretty well. It does feel like circulation is reduced some, but that might just be a (positive) effect of the moderate compression? Otherwise, I'm happy with these. I wouldn't wear them for a long time, but they're good for short stretches when extra support is needed. The black and yellow combination is also sleek and athletic looking.

I hurt my arms a lot in the past, so having this while playing tennis is very helpful but I think it’s a little tight even though i got my regular size, i wish there’s bigger sizes available, but overall it doesn’t slip so that’s nice. I just can’t wear it for long, I’d still prefer braces with velcros to adjust the sizing

These elbow braces fit pretty well and are mostly true to size, though I will say I found that it was a little loose around the top. It wasn't to the point of being a problem, but it wasn't super snug either. The support provided was good, though, and the braces gave good compression on the elbow which felt good during exercise.The material feels really good against your skin and the design is very vibrant and cool looking. It feels quality in both parts and construction.Overall I can say that I think this is a quality product that has no major issues, and I'm happy with it. If you're in the market for elbow braces and you like the look of these, I'd say go for it.

A première vue ces coudières de compression semblent d'excellente qualité, surtout au regard de leur prix.Elles compriment bien le coude pour garder l'articulation bien stable, mais sans être désagréable à porter.Je les ai utilisé durant une session de tennis et j'ai été agréablement surpris de ne ressentir aucune douleur dans le bras après cette session. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat, je pense les utiliser régulièrement lors de grands efforts physiques au niveau des bras.

Cette paire de coudière me permet de continuer l'entrainement malgrès ma petite tendinite au coude.La compression n'est pas trop forte et ne coupe pas la circulation du sang.Le maintien de l'articulation et des tendons est ferme mais ans géner le mouvement.J'en avais une autre paire avec des points d'appuit plus prononcés au niveau des tendons et c'était legèrement plus efficace.Un bon moyen tout de même de soulager et ne pas agraver votre inflammation du tendon.

Was mir gleich aufgefallen ist, dass diese Bandagen nicht stinken beim Auspacken. Das kenne ich auch anders.Darüber hinaus ist das auch ein gutes, strammes Material, welches gut unterstützt.Ich habe auch nicht großartig geschwitzt unter der Bandage, der Tragekomfort ist nicht unangenehm und da kneift auch nichts. Richtig angelegt und auch die richtige Größe vorausgesetzt (vor der Bestellung das Messen des Arms nicht vergessen!), rollen sich die Enden auch nicht auf.Das überstreifen auf den Arm ist nicht ganz einfach, darf es auch nicht sein, denn sonst entfällt auch die Wirkung.Und damit bin ich bei meinem Punktabzug:Ich habe aktuell den klassischen Tennisarm und komme eben vom Orthopäden. Ich habe ihm diese Bandagen gezeigt und er meinte, die seien sicher gut und in Ordnung aber eben nicht für mein Problem, dem Tennisarm, geeignet. Ich brauche punktuellen Druck und dies leiste besser eine Armspange, die ich dann auch verschrieben bekam.Also, diese Bandagen sind offensichtlich nix um einen klassischen Tennisarm zu therapieren, aber zur Unterstützung der Ellenbogen z.B. beim Sport trotzdem eine hochwertige Lösung

Lot de deux coudières.Ces coudières sont confortables et la douleur diminue nettement durant le port.Attention à ne pas les garder trop longtemps surtout quand il fait chaud, la transpiration peut irriter la peau.Pour un exercice physique ou une tâche physique, c'est très bien, mais bien penser à l'enlever après l'effort.
