My doctor recommended me to use these patches. I had a gastric surgery 5 years ago and taking multiple pills to get my vitamins in as needed made me sick at my stomach. These have been a life saver to me in getting the vitamins that my body needs. Also, those who have had a weight loss surgery don’t absorb nutrients as well, therefore these are a great way to get vitamins in without taking a ton of pills and worrying about not absorbing half of them you take. Super easy to use, and for the price, the amount of patches in box is worth it!

As someone with HUGE tonsils, I hate having to swallow more supplements, powders, pills than I have to. Finding skin patches has been a dream come true for me!
