Surprisingly, this critical issue is rarely discussed or highlighted. The machine is extremely expensive for what it offers, and when you consider that it is almost entirely plastic, the pricing feels unjustifiable. In effect, you are paying a premium for a product that lacks basic material safety. From a health, safety, and value perspective, this product is not recommended. I own this machine myself and genuinely regret the purchase. Even if offered at no cost, I would strongly advise against buying or using it.

It’s a basic one but it does the job. The addition of installation service is a farce. I’ve give 3* since I have been getting emails from Amazon to check if the installation service was done. No one contacted for doing it but finally today I got the email tha it has been serviced. First of all it doesn’t need any installation service since it’s a simple coffee machine. But trying to show the efficiency of including an installation service eyewash is unnecessary.
