Product Description All the main igredients - flour, eggs and sugar - are mixed together in a special conteiners to obtain a smooth dough for our rich sponge cake. After rolling, the dough is baked for a few minutes until perfectly golden brown in our extra long, made in Italy ovens. The soft Balconi spongecake just out of the oven is combined with the creamy fillings that are a feature of all our recipes. After filling, the sponge cake finally takes shape, becoming a fantastic Balconi teatime snack or cake. The products are packaged using totally automatic process that garantee the hygiene and conservation, as well as ensuring freshness over time. Ingredients Glucose-fructose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, Caffee liqueur )glocose-fructose syrup, luquid caffee 4.5% on the product, alcohol,water,falourings), sugar, fresh eggs, wheat flour, skimmed milk, powdered skim milk, mascarpone 2%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, milk proteins, Marsala wine, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin; Raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate;Flavourings, Salt,Stabilizer:pectin. lovely, lovely Tiramisu
Moist, quite boozy and just generally delicious. If you like a bit of tiramisu then you really can't go wrong with these ones (they really are lovely).The only problem (and this in no way relates to the quality of this desert) was that the Amazon packers decided to stack three of the six cakes up on end. The result? Two and a half cakes went straight in the bin as the contents had slid and amassed, completely smooshed, on one side of the packaging. Shame.

This cake is delicious & very moorish. It's quite rich & very boozy. If you like tiramisu you will love this cake. A+A+A+A+
