My husband asked me to purchase this for him, we live so rural that it's hard to find what you're looking for. Held the juice and rendered fat, making for a really great piece of smoked meat, he's used it for Brisket which takes hours to smoke and Pork Butt, and that is my favorite of all the smoked meat he's done, nice moist tender and absolutely delicious. I think that this has kept the bark hard, which I don't care for, he was using foil and changed to this because he was told Smoking in this paper is better all but the bark for me. He highly recommends this Pink Paper and it's a good size for the Brisket without all the waste!

Works great inside my smoker

Heavy duty paper, nice and thick. Perfect for wrapping the BBQ!! I would recommend!

This is a nice heavy gauge paper and the roll is huge. I use it with cotton butcher string to keep cuts moist while they work through “the stall”. Without wrapping, meat can get dry, while using foil can cause the meat to ‘sweat’ and lose the bark you worked so hard to form. This paper does a nice job of striking a balance between the two. I don’t smoke without it.

I love the extra width - means I don't need to use a doubled layer of paper and use less on my cooks.The paper works well and does what I need. It holds up during my brisket cooks very well.

Great value very pleased with transaction

The paper performed as expected. I sprayed it with apple cider vinegar and it provided an air tight wrap for my brisket.

Went for the cheapest unwaxxed butcher paper I could find. This stuff was it. It also worked very well for for the pork shoulder I smoked. Previous I used parchment paper and aluminum foil. This produced a better a quicker better finish. I will buy it again when needed. This would not be good as freezer paper only for smoking meat.

Be cautious buying butchers paper, there's a lot on Amazon that's not the proper butchers paper it's just ordinary brown wrapping paper.

Hätte nicht gedacht das man so gut mit arbeiten kann, hat nur lange gedauert bis es kam und der preis ist nicht ganz so günstig aber qualitat hat seinen Preis und ist es auch wert.

After watching several videos on smoking meat & chatting with a buddy on freezing meat, I bought a roll. Saves on freezer burn & great during final stages of smoking or resting brisket
