Absolutely great brought for Christmas but started already very pleased

Great! Bought for our Easter celebration and all of us enyojed the taste. Itself leg is about 7 kg. It came with knife and wooden stand which is very comfortable for cutting pieces cause it holds the leg very properly.

I have to select because part of the jamon is not able to eat. The part is inside of it with mould. Not recommended to eat.

I like very much the Spanish ham. This one is a tasty and flavoured one, I like it a lot. We enjoyed with the family eating from it. Another reason to buy it was, because, is coming with a stand and a knife, too ( I had to change the one I had because became too old).

Really delicious ham! Perfect for the festive season.. I bought this is a surprise for my mother in law, needless to say she was very impressed, lots of brownie points earned there!! I would go as far as to say this is some of the tastiest cured meat I've ever tasted.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. I will definitely Not buy this brand again. Far too salty and tough for our taste. Threw most of it in the trash.

This is excellent ham for the price, great taste, just the right amount of spices and salt. When sliced, it has a uniform colour with myriad shiny streaks of accumulated fat. Well marbled meat that melts in your mouth.

Ich habe den Schinken für die Weihnachtsfeiertage bestellt weil wir mit der geamten Familie ein Poolhaus in Dänemark gebucht hatten. Was gibt es schöneres als zum kühlen Bier und gutem Whisky eine parr leckere Scheiben Schinken dazu zu servieren. Wir hatten Ihn nach unserer Ankunft auch sofort angeschnitten und waren sehr positiv vom Geschmack überrascht. Es gabe nicht einen, dem er nicht gemeckt hätte. Es ist nicht vergleichbar mit den vom Supermarkt erhältlichen Schinken. Der Geschmack ist sehr mild, leicht salzig und etwas nussig, so wie ein richtig guter Schinken eben schmecken muss. Der Schinken hatte knapp 7kg, wir haben mit 5 Männern eine Wochte täglich davon gegessen und noch ca. 1,5 kg mit nach Hause genommen. Wenn die obere Fettschicht und Schwarte entfernt ist, ca. 0,5 -0,7 kg hat man feinsten Schinken. Die Halterung und das Messer das dabei sind ist hochwertig, man muss den Schinken in der Halterung umdrehen wenn mann bis auf den Knochen gekommen ist. Die Unterseite birgt dann nochmal eine Menge Schinken. Geliefert wird er in einem Karton, vakuumeingeschweißt und mit einem Sack und Kordel zum aufhängen. Der Preis ist etwas höher als die aus dem Supermarkt, aber wie ich finde absolut wert. Ich werde bei der nächsten Familienreise wieder einen bestellen.

Es un jamón exquisito de sabor, perfecto en curación y punto de sal extraordinario. Además viene perfectamente embalado y retractilado, lo cual me ha dado mucha fiabilidad.

Très bon jambon, la gourmandise au rendez-vous, je le recommande.
