Love this product. Works great. It warms up and soothes pain in knee. I’ve also used for shoulder pain.

You would be amazed but within about 30 minutes you start feeling a burning sensation but it is all good because its laced with herbs and essences and the burning comes from Capsaicin peppers. I thought I would show some skin sensitivity from it but not at all. Worth noting here however: I went into a hot tub with it on and quickly had to remove it after hitting the hot water, even after I removed it my knee felt like it was on fire when i slide back into the hot water but its the capsaicin oils. It dissipated in a few minutes but WOW it's and eye opener. The relief does last for about 7-8 hours. Peel and stick and go. So easy. I have had knee pain for a few years now and this one appears to remedy with temporary relief. Yay! T P L

The only effect I’ve noticed is that it makes my knee burn slightly over time, which may serve to distract me from the actual pain in my knee, but I’m not sure the “miracle pain relief” that was promised in the “infomercial” I saw, is really going on at all? It doesn’t have a particular smell, and it stays stuck to my knee all day, it’s easy to apply, but then so does duct tape, and they both yield similar results; except, duct tape is cheeper and more versatile. Ok, so “Well Knee” contacted me personally and offered me a full refund, now folks, that’s rare! Based on that alone I say you can trust these “Well Knee” people and I’d recommend you try their product. I have severe knee damage due to a torn meniscus, a strained hamstring, and achilles muscle from a fall. I’m not positive anything short of a miracle or surgery would help my situation, but if you’re suffering from arthritis, this just might be the “Miracle Cure” some people say it is. Based on the integrity of “Well Knee,” I’m updating my rating from 2 to 4 stars and I just might buy more of these and give them more time to work. They do something, and yes, they burn a little as the day goes by, but I’m just not sure what’s really going on in my knee right now… I’ll give it more time! THANKS WELL KNEE!

Prepare yourself to feel an intense heat. I think they mixed reviews of products by the same brand here because some people were referring to menthol and cooling feeling. This is not it. It is so hot that you may need to take it off. We are not sure what is the ingredient that generates such an intense heat though. But of course it provides temporary relief. It does have a particular earthy smell but it is not disgusting just peculiar. If you have contact allergies this may not work for you, it may develop skin irritation because it is very strong. It seems to be well-made and it may provide some relief for some people if you can tolerate the heat.

This works amazing on painful knees

For me, these take the edge off of my knee pain and they stay on under my jeans. Staying on is a hugh plus. Yes they smell but it's doable.

The pain relief while wearing this patch is great. I've been bothered by knee pain for a few years, it would get so bad by evening my husband or son has to finish fixing dinner because I have to sit down. I've used it for three days now and would recommend this and will absolutely buy them again.

1. - dass Original wirkt sehr gut (zumindest bei mir). Ich verwende es nicht nur am Knie, sondern auch bei Hüftgelenk-Schmerzen. 2. - Zwar etwas teurer, als die Bestellung bei Wellnee direkt, dafür schnelle Lieferung (bei Wellnee dauert es locker 2 - 3 Wochen) 3. - bei Wellnee direkt wird man gedrängt, auch andere Produkte zu bestellen und das nervt ungemein
