My hair has been thinning, and I checked out a couple of the cheaper toppers here on Amazon before I tried these. The toppers looked weird and fake on me but these are great.In the photos they are positioned similar to the first photo with the foam head in the listing, and the left side slightly higher.The first photo shows what they look like curled. I found it easier to disguise the top of the extensions with my hair curled. The only trouble with having it curled was the extensions held a curl so well, while my own hair relaxed and started going flat around them. This made the back look pretty weird. I may get another set to put in the back to help with this.The reddish dark brown color is more red than my hair but blended pretty well. I may try to wash with some purple shampoo to try to tone the red a bit.

I bought these to have fuller hair, due to having alopecia I’ve lost a lot of thickness to my hair. I love them! They clip on her easily and stay out. The color matched my black hair exactly and they gave me the volume I was looking for. Perfect!

The 2 I got were rolled up tightly in a tiny plastic bag and when I took them out I smelled cheap, old lady perfume, as if they’d been sprayed with something. I shampooed them, but it still didn’t remove the smell. The rinse water was dingy. So I soaked them overnight in baking soda and water, and that removed the worst of the smell, although it was still there. The rinse water was fairly brown; I was afraid I’d soaked off some of the color or something. But I wore them today and they did match my hair ok and added some body. In the hot sun, though, I smelled the unmistakable stink of old cigarettes around me. So I’m guessing the nasty perfume was supposed to cover up the cig smell from the factory or whatever. I’ll keep working on it with more soakings. I got dark brown and it did have hints of auburn, which matched my own color well.

This is near perfect for me. Amazing amount of hair for the price. Not poker straight like some other kinds are so it’s closer to my natural wavy hair. Slight red tint to it, but they always are since I’m assuming it’s black hair that’s been dyed. I will probably repurchase (I got dark brown & for the purpose of extra fullness on my thinning sides)

These are great quality and don’t smell weird like other extensions I’ve bought. Came with a free set of fake eyelashes. Not reddish brown to me like the other reviews.

This was thick you only need a little to get the fullness

The color is way off. Dark brown is more red than brown. Other than that, its a decent product.
