Pigment ink highlighter on one end and black fine point pen on the other. Convenient for Bibles with only one pen loop. It has a chrome pocket clip with a cross engraved on it. No bleed through or fading.

Gets the job done, for the cost
I've used these before, both with a cap, and retractable pen. I definately prefer retractable!! This pen does not dry immediately so you will need to wait a few minutes to avoid smudging before using the highlighter if that's your goal, and even after a few minutes there will be a little (i have not found that to be the case with retractables).I will stick with the retractables, would not purchase this one again
