Must have for PPF install…!
This product is amazing. It made the PPF install a breeze.. The gel is a little thick not ideal to use on a spray bottle. You will need to manually apply it with your hand. It does not have any odor and dries like water. Easy to clean and apply..!

Very thick
This stuff is way to thick to spray though a spray bottle. I had to water it down. It still works even watered down.

Made the install a breeze
As an amateur I tried to install some PPF without it and it didn’t go well. This product made my second attempt successful!

Not worth the cost IMO
I'm not a professional installer by any means, just decided I want to install some PPF on my own - that said, as a first-time user I found this to be impossible to use in a spray bottle without diluting it significantly. If used un-diluted it basically sprays in a thick stream causing you to over-apply the gel. After a while I tried to manually spread the gel thin across the back of the vinyl and even then it would not slide very well. Ended up just using water and soap which worked way better.

Worked great! Nice and slippery and held the PPF on nicely.

Too watery, not thick enough.
This gel just has too much liquid in it. It’s not bad for PPF installs, but it is too watery and does not really give the gel effect you need when installing PPF. It works, but not as well as other brands. The price is way too high for what it is, honestly just another XPEL problem. It is not thick enough for black paint. The size of the bottle is nice to carry around. It is easy to use, but not practical.
