It works for me
I know from reading up on Amino GH Releasers that it does not work for everybody but the only way to find out is to try it. I got the one month supply for this reason. The good news is it works for me. I can tell a difference in how my muscles feel the next day after a strenuous strength training routine. The tightness isn't as severe and I'm not as sore. I can also see more muscle definition in my shoulders and upper legs. I'm guessing the L Carnitine is working as well as I am losing some weight but not a significant amount. I gave it 4 stars for the sole fact that it says it's a one month supply and that's going by the serving size of 4 capsules per day. The instructions tell you to take anywhere from 2-3 twice a day on training days to 4-6 once on non training days. That would seem to me that that would come out to more than the 4 servings they give you for 30 days. Trivial? Maybe, but it's not really a 30 day supply as described.
