These bikes/scooters are great! We bought them for our not quite 2 1/2 year old twins for Christmas. They used them as bikes while they learned to balance and now we switch them back and forth (which is easy to do). They just turned 3 and usually prefer them in scooter mode at this point. We bought these to help them burn energy inside the house and they're perfect. The QUIET wheels don't damage our wood floors or drive us insane! These have really helped them with their balance and they can now ride their two wheeled balance bikes with ease as well. We're so happy we bought these. Highly recommend!

This scooter/glider bike was an instant hit b/c if it’s awesome color and transforming. It is durable and has outlasted the Spider-Man scooter we purchased our oldest sons from Walmart. However that corn be b/c it hasn’t been ridden as much.Here’s why 5-3 year olds have big feet the foot part of the scooter is too small so the wheel are constantly stopped by their feet which mean this “coolest scooter ever” quickly became the “slowest scooter ever”. So it now spends most of the days being the1-2 year olds baby pull and push scooter. If you change the design and extend that foot part I think this scooter would win some street races

Waiting to hear back from Swagtron. Received yesterday (earlier than expected :) ) but where the top bar that holds the handlebar meets the bottom bar that holds the seat meets is quite wiggle. My husband thinks a bushing might be missing. We feel this is unsafe for our 2 year old granddaughter. I will update when I hear from Swagtron with results. I'd LOVE to be able to update with a 5 * rating! :) For now - it is unusable.

We did quite a bit of research and review reading on this product and it had great reviews as well as a great price. My son is 2 and we thought it would be a great birthday present. We realized it wouldn't be a solid base as it is meant to work on balance but as a bike the handlebars are way too high on their lowest setting for a 2 year old. My 2 year old is big for his age. He is at the 95th percentile in height for sure. The bike/scooter is so unsteady that just walking past it, it falls over. The handlebars spin all of the way around which makes for unsafe turns with that small of a wheel base. The only good things about the product is that it feels made well, it swivels between bike and scooter with little effort and very smooth and the colors are pretty. However my child fell off just trying to get on it and putting a foot on the bottom it fell over. I don't know how he didn't get hurt in the hour he played with it because it kept failing over. Maybe 2 years it too young for this product!

We bought this for our daughter for her 3rd birthday. The bike is already pretty much too low for her. The scooter might be workable but she is too scared to try that yet. I was also disappointed with the material that the wheels are made from. Not like a tire or even what you get on a normal scooter. More like what is on a toddler ride on toy. They are hard plastic and are pretty torn up from the few hours of use it's gotten on smooth black top.

This is a great little bike/scooter. We are having trouble with the handle bar not locking into place when we try to raise them up (so when the handle bar is turned the wheel stays put...). My daughter is about to turn 3 and can use the scooter well and likes the bike but she is a bit tall to really use it. I would recommend this for 2 and 3 year olds. I like that it is fairly stable but will tip a little so it gives a gentle way to get used to a bike that is a little more realistic than training wheels.

I was really excited for my 2 and 4 year olds to have scooters their size that they can ride, but I was not expecting them to be a huge headache. This product is the most poorly made scooters I have ever seen. I had to return one, because it didn't fit together properly and just kept falling apart. The tools provided to put the wheels on just gets stuck on the nuts. I just got the replacement for the one I sent back and while I was able to get it put together, the quality of this scooter is very poor. Also, it's dirty and looks like it has been returned and the plastic bags were open inside the box. I contacted the company Swagtron about the scooters, and I received an email that said they would get back to me and not to contact them again until they do, (which is awful customer service) and I never heard from them again. Amazon tried to make it right by sending a new one the very next day, but Swagtron still hasn't contacted me since Dec 26th. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Very unsteady. Easy to assemble but, baby (2 year old) having issue not tipping over. Love the idea of bike style to board style, We plan on returning for another one to see if item is faulty

I loved the idea of a bike/scooter in one. Also, I thought the 2 wheels at the back were supposed to give extra stability. Unfortunately it is incredibly unstable. The slightest sideways pressure and it topples over; even when no one is on it. As a balance bike it is better, because the rider has a foot on each side, but as a scooter it is unusable. Very disappointing.

This item was ordered for my daughters birthday present and we made it on her birthday but were a little disappointed to find it was so wobbly even after extensive tightening. My daughter won't go on it cos she can't balance, I'm hoping that will come but I tried it out too and i found the wobbliness made it too difficult for me to use also, everything else was great about the product though and a great idea

Bought this for our great grandsons 2nd birthday, and he plays with it non stop, he uses it in the seat position because of his age, it doesn't stop him from whizzing around the house. Great product excellent price, would recommend it to future buyers.

My son loves this! Very quick to assemble and is easy to change between the bike and scooter.

Purchased this for my grand daughter who just turned 2 for her 2nd birthday. It recommends that they be 2 - 5 years old. I wouldn’t say she is big for her age, and this thing is way too small for her.She can only use it in scooter mode as her knees hit the ground in bike mode.Also, our grandson found the scooter mode acceptable (he’s 4) but not nearly as stable and well tracking as his red Ryder scooter.Personally, i am not thrilled with it and will pass it on to our next oldest for when she is about 14 months.
