Great at first
Lasted 2 weeks so returned to seller who was amazing and gave a refund. Can't fault the seller. Awesome people to deal with. Sadly PC wasn't a good outcome

I bought this mini pc in Aug 24, 2024. Its now Dec 2025, so after a year, I'm still impressed by it. I love that it has different volt usb ports, especially the two that can supply power and transfer data to two monitors. The XT 12 is easily the best PC I have ever owned. Geekom is known for thier ability to produce mini pcs that have remarkable power, yet affordable. I have really enjoyed using this one. About 2 weeks ago, the port that supplies power to the PC fried. As I was using the PC, I saw a short spray of sparks and some smoke and then it died. I opened the case and saw that the motherboard was scorched at the power supply port. I checked the documentation that came with the computer and was suprised that it came with a three year warranty. I sent a msg to geekom customer service, who promptly responded via e-mail, instructing me to return the pc to a facility in brooklyn new york, which I did. it took about week for UPS to get it there, but when it arrived, they had a new pc ready (with a faster cpu) to ship out. Turn around time was about 2 days.They sent me a tracking number and let me know it shipped. It was, to me, extraordinary customer service. My next PC, no doubt, will be from Geekom. They offer alot of different PC's at all price and power levels with a three year warranty. Why would I go anywhere else?

This min PC has got just about everything going for it. Small size, powerful processor, tons of memory and drive space, and Windows 11 Pro. Setup was a snap. It runs quiet, and I think I may have noticed the fan noise 1 time. While having adequate ports on the back, one improvement would be to move one of the USB C ports to the front. Having a USB A, USB C, & headphone connection on the front would make this perfect.

I have had this computer less than 1 year. I came home and it completely stopped working and would not power up. I have tried to contact a customer service representative with no response, a company from china. I have taken in for repair and the cost to repair is $380, more than half the cost of the PC. The certified repair person has verified that there was no water damage and the damage was from a faulty mother board. Don’t buy from this company. I will buy a new PC.

Need to upgrade my present Windows 10 because my present one cannot be upgradable.
