Great buy but also essential
Great buy but also essential for any plug in headset

Warning!!
This is *NOT* a USB socket at one end and RJ11 plug at the other end. The RJ11 fit the phone OK but the other end must be a Plantronics socket of its own - so it is useless to me. So it will only fit Plantronic headsets not the many others.

Needs another part
I bought this cable to go with a plantronics headset. The clip works perfectly to join the two, but no sound when plugged into phone. Needs another adapter plugged into telset and then this plugged in to work.

Didn't work
I bought this for work, so that I could use a headset, rather than the handset – we "hot desk" and there weren't enough connectors to go around. The connector fitted, and I could hear the person on the other end, but they couldn't hear me. Am returning this item for a refund.
