Strong and Pure stuff.
This stuff is authentic. If you put it in water it fizzes immediately. I used it for baking cakes and cookies and it worked very well. The grains are very fine and white, which is always a good thing. I only wish the product came in a ziplock packaging though, since it should not be exposed to any air. Make sure you store this completely airtight.

Good and effective baking soda
Really good baking soda. Kept its efficacy even after I forgot and left it open for some time. Been using it over 3 months now and it’s good. Would definitely recommend.

Is arrived in good condition, no lumps and 2-year 'best by' date.
The ONLY thing I would have liked would have been an airtight container. But since the product is fresh - and that's hard to find in the marketplace - I'm satisfied.
