This headset is hands down the best I've found in 10+ years. This well made headset is easy to plug into a computer with three (3) choices (USB-C, USB, standard 3.5mm CTIA jack). The surround sound is great for watching videos and the controls (volume -/+, microphone mute, surround sound) are conveniently located on the cord. The microphone mute button lights up red which is a huge plus. The headset is light and feels soft against my ears. Microphone is located at a perfect distance from my mouth and is flexible. Highly recommend this headset for anyone who still likes hard-lines for privacy and practicality. Excellent product.

nice headset for the price, super light and comfortable, easy to clean, adjustable in every way, mute and other buttons all work well... good, clear sound in my ear, and the people on the other end of calls are all always able to hear me loud and clear...... heads up though, if you prefer the background noise in the room that YOU'RE in to be canceled out a bit by your head set, so that YOU don't hear it as much, then this is probably not a good choice, it only covers one ear, and sits very lightly against that ear, so you can still easily hear everything going on in the room around you, I prefer it this way so it's great for me, but just wanted to mention it for others

This USB headset meets my WFH need: it can handle online conference calls easily. Its noise cancellation feature seems working. However, it doesn't sound great when hear music so that I took away one star from it.

I like how loud this headset gets and that it has this surround sound feature. I have had this headset for about two months and use it for work. The headset is durable and flexible as well. The only downside to this headset is that when I am at work, people have a hard time hearing me speak at times. I didn't have that issue with my previous headset, so I am assuming that it has something to do with this headset itself but I am not 100% sure.

Was so very excited to find a comfortable and lightweight pair of headphones that I didn't mind wearing all day. the sound was great, fit was great but then they started to sporadically not work. Being in a call center when your headphones randomly stop working can mean a bad customer experience for the caller. This set was on the "not so cheap" side but now I don't feel I got my money worth ~~~back to the old heavy clunky set!

Excellent product as I work from home and using this has made it easier as voice is clearer with no distractions from video calls. Also mute and adjustable volume features are great. Hope it will last for a long time . Great for the price. Head phone cover is soft.

The first day I had so much static on my first few calls, I went back to my Apple EarPods. A few weeks later I tried again. Static was gone. Sound was ok but I had to eat the mic for clients to hear me. And I adjusted the mic levels multiple times. I don’t know how you have noise canceling headphones with one side open but that’s not way I purchased them. Headsets are never comfortable but this one is decent because of the single ear. It’s less constricting. At the end of the day, I was definitely ready to take them off. What I really didn’t like (and what my employer won’t like either) is the USB port ruined a terminal, conveniently 3 weeks after the return date. I wasn’t using the headset the entire time, as I said the static turned me off. So after roughly 4 weeks I have one less USB terminal because I bought a pair headphones that performed no better than an old set of Apple EarPods with an audio jack. Out the money, the USB terminal and left with a broken headset and a headache. I will tell anyone that asks until my dying breath not to purchase anything from this brand.

Very clear. Ear phone seems thick if you want to transport around. All prior complaints from people listening at the other end have disappeared. They say the sound is great. I do find the flashing blue light telling you it is connected, rather annoying. However I fixed that by having it face me when the clip is attached to my collar. It is a great product.

Product has great sound quality and is perfect for Microsoft teams use at work.

Se configure automatiquement apres branchement sur l'ordinateur. Les boutons présents sur le câble sont très pratiques pour gérer le son et le micro. Il est plutôt léger et confortable

Used for work, so I wanted something cost effective and light. I wanted to avoid over-ears because they can get uncomfortable if used for long periods of time. These are a kind of middle ground that I find very comfortable sitting on your ears but not over them so you still have awareness of your immediate environment that can be lost with over ears. The mic is great and completely flexible to fit for comfort. It is also very easy to rotate out of the way if not needed.
