Love this treadmill!
I love this treadmill! I did a lot of research and compared a lot of different options before landing on this one. Personally, I feel like it is the best bang for the buck. The fact that it came pre-assembled was a huge bonus for me. I am a single woman living alone and it was extremely easy for me to set up. I did opt for the scheduled delivery to a room of my choice because it is pretty heavy. Once it was delivered I was able to get it unboxed and set up within just a few minutes. I have been using it for a couple of months now and it works great. The the automatic incline is awesome. The speed is more than enough for me. I can absolutely run full speed on it, although I mostly use it for incline walking. It is a good size. I am 5'7 and I have plenty of room to walk or run. I would absolutely buy the same treadmill again. I do have hardwood floors and so I did have to order a mat to keep it in place.

Does what I need it to do!
Simple, solid treadmill so far (I will update my review if this changes). I did a lot of research and have had a similar treadmill previously (another brand). Must haves for me included- it must fold down flat, auto incline, a place to hold my phone, tablet, and water bottle, and a minimum of 20” wide running deck and a minimum of 50”long running deck. This treadmill met all my requirements. The treadmill arrived well packaged. I ordered “Room of Choice” delivery and that worked out well. It is heavy so my husband helped me open the large box with a box cutter. I removed all the styrofoam and plastic wrap packaging from the front and my husband was able to lift up one side of the treadmill(while I removed the packaging from the back) and wheel it to its exact location. Just be sure you are lifting the side without the wheels and that you cut that side of the box open so you can pull/roll the treadmill out. I was then able to do everything else on my own and it required very little setup besides adding the cup holders and adding lubricant to the belt. Disposal of the box and packaging was handled by my husband but I just wanted to note that is a very large sturdy cardboard box so some work was required to break it down. I particularly am enjoying the free Sunny fitness app with the running and walking programs…I mostly enjoy looking at my tablet and scrolling social media or watching Netflix while I walk but it’s nice to have the option to do a running/walking workout and not have to worry about a subscription. The only slight con that I can find so far and I knew this going in…..the height of the console/uprights/handlebars. Everything is convenient and reachable ..I’m 5’8”. However, it would be a little better if the console was a few inches taller for visibility. I probably wouldn’t even have noticed it if my previous treadmill console hadn’t been situated a little higher. All in all ..so far so good. The sound so far seems like the typical treadmill noise…it’s definitely not whisper quiet but not super loud…you can definitely hear my footfalls. I’m able to walk/jog/run comfortably. There is plenty of space for my phones, tablet, water bottle , TV remote. I use the fold down functionality each time I use it and no issues with that at this time.

Designed for Walking/incline workouts. NOT FOR Running. 1yr Thoughts.
I've had this treadmill for almost a year. My main gripes come from the arms that hold up the console. THEY MAKE SO MUCH NOISE WHEN YOU RUN! The constant squeaking, rattling and metal sounds that this thing produces is so distracting. The console also shakes as if your experiencing a 8.0+ earthquake. For reference, I'm 5'9 at 155lbs. It should be stable enough for someone of my stature. Unless your holding down the arm supports with your weight to stabilize the arms to keep them from shaking then your going to experience a noisy machine. About 5-7 months in, the tread also became misaligned. The process to fix the tread is a 2 man operation and unfortunately I only had myself. This process was so much of a hassle since if you calibrated the tightness of the bolts for the tread incorrectly then the tread would start to skew off the walking tread quickly. It is literally a trial and error process that had me lift this thing so many times to finally align the tread tightness correctly. This treadmill works fine for incline and regular walking. The noise isn't there and there is minimal console shaking. But at a $700 price point, currently as of 02/02/2026, you can find FAR BETTER OPTIONS. If your a runner. Avoid this one. Its just going to Deteriorate and cause problems down the line. If I could I would return mine and get something better. This is the second machine from Sunny that has been a disappointment and I encourage everyone to avoid the brand.

Got it on sale and is well worth the price I paid. Feel and quality seems t will last.
Machine came packed well. Unpacked and set up quickly. Works well, quiet. Operation panel easy to read while using. Very stable, and like the wide 20" belt. I'm 6'2" and it's plenty long enough to run on it. I know lots of people give a 5 star and I could but I've found everything has room for improvement. I'm sure once I use it for more than a week I'll find something I wanted done different. That's probably a personal thing. Hand holds are at the right height and the heartbeat monitor on the handles work well, right place also.

Good quality treadmill
We are happy with this so far! The setup was a breeze by just folding up the arms. It is the perfect size for us as it went into a loft/family room. It runs pretty quietly allowing us to watch tv while using it.

This is the one!
When it turned cold and rainy everyday and late November, I decided to buy a treadmill so my daily runs could be consistent and not postponed for weather. Making the decision to buy one was easy but the difficulty came in trying to figure out which one to buy. I had no idea there were so many different manufacturers, different models, different features and wide range of price points. I didn't want one that was so big it would take up a whole room, but I also didn't want one that was small and flimsy and wouldn't be durable. It's a little bit like Goldilocks trying to find the bowl of porridge that was just right, but fortunately I came across this one. The motor is strong enough, it auto inclines 15 levels and it can go up to 10 mph but it can also fold down flat and quickly slide under your bed or stand up straight against the wall well out of the way. It also has a full featured control console that easily holds my touch screen tablet or cell phone and has a USB-C charging port so I don't drain my batteries while I'm running. The free Sunny fitness app that you can download pairs with this treadmill easily and records every workout so you can track progress. It also provides instructor course videos, world tour first-person perspective walks and runs and a free mode that allows you to set all the parameters of the workout yourself. It also has three user settings on the treadmill itself that allow you to set up three different custom exercise programs where you can set the incline level, the speed and the duration over 10 equally timed intervals. Having the ability to set up custom programs straight from the console at this price point was unexpected and appreciated. I've been using it everyday for slightly over a month now and honestly like it more every time I use it. The hardest part is avoiding the temptation to overtrain since it's just invitingly sitting there and I have to pass by it several times a day, it's really difficult to resist jumping on and going for a quick run. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

20" Premium Smart SF-T723030 first impressions - UPDATED my review 2-16-2025 2.5/5 stars now
UPDATE: 2-16-2025 I'm updating my review after having owned this and used it almost daily for over a month now. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this treadmill and have dropped my score from 4/5 to 2.5/5 (reflected at 3/5 because Amazon doesn't permit half stars). Here is my issue and it's a big one for me. After using this treadmill with the same exact routine (speed changes; no incline) I had been doing for months and months on a very inexpensive walking pad from Urevo that goes up to 6.9 speed, I started developing a lot of pain in my right knee. I'm 48 years old and have never had any knee pain nor any issues with my joints. This knee pain increased within 3 days of use. So much so that I was out for a couple of weeks of being able to use it. Once I "RICE'd" for a couple of weeks, I decided to try the same routine side by side with the Sunny and the Urevo alternating days. Every single time about 15-20 minutes in, my knee or other areas of my legs started getting much more sore and fatigued when using the Sunny. When using the Urevo, however, I was able to do my normal 30 minutes HIIT run with no issues. So, I thought, maybe this is happening because the Sunny has a .5% natural incline? So I put two rubber 1/2 inch thick pads on the back feet, made sure the machine was level and flat and tried again. No dice, still some discomfort and still fatigue that I don't get on the cheap walking pad. I then tested the speed differences between the two. Indeed, there is a difference of about 1% so I adjusted accordingly when doing my routine with the Sunny. Still uncomfortable. The last thing I did for 3 days was run for 5 minutes at a certain speed, lets say 5 on the Sunny and then hopped off and did the same on the Urevo. It was at this point I noticed that for whatever reason, the much cheaper (yet really well made) Walking Pad felt much softer with the cushioning and I could tell that with my short strides I was feeling lighter running on that deck as opposed to the Sunny which feels heavy-footed and "harder". I have no idea how a much more expensive treadmill that I bought honestly only because I wanted a wider running belt is less cushioned and comfortable than this "Premium" albeit, budget treadmill. I don't even want to use it anymore unfortunately so I'm out the money I paid for it. I only wanted to write my experience because if cushioning is a factor for you and you jog/run at speeds 5 or more, than this might not be the choice of treadmill. I'm currently looking to bite the bullet and get another treadmill. It's unfortunate that Amazon lumps two different models into the same reviews as 99% of the reviews on here are for the older and narrower belt version. I received this newer model on Thursday January 9. 2025. The box was beat up (no surprise) but it was packaged well and nothing was damaged. It is indeed HEAVY. It states 130lbs boxed but it feels more substantial. After unpackaging, my wife and I both lifted the treadmill to get it from our garage to a lower level room that wasn't too far away. I would advise if you need to move this up or down some flights to be cautious and make sure you have able bodies who can lift it. I followed the instructions per manual and setting up the treadmill was amazingly easy as it comes preassembled. You lift up the handrails and lock the console into place. That easy. Only left is to screw in the cup holders (for those interested these are big!! and they hold my 40oz water bottle that doesn't have a narrow base so that was a very nice surprise!) and insert the safety key. Next up, I lubed the belt per the instructions. I was a bit hesitant to lift the belt as to not damage or stretch it but found that once you get an edge up, it comes up with enough space easily to apply the lube without losing any tension. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend doing this on both sides as when you put the belt back down it aligns it into place in case anything got jarred during shipping. I plugged in the treadmill and let it run for 5 minutes at the slowest default speed. Everything sounded normal and the belt was centered with no pulling left or right, therefore, no adjustments were needed. I tested the speeds and here is where I noticed a very strange issue. When I get to speeds 2.1 - 2.9 - there is an audible change in sound. It is somewhat of a higher pitched noise that for some reason only happens during these speeds. ALL other speeds, lower or higher, DO NOT have this noticable noise. Now, it's not terrible, like, it doesn't sound like the motor is acting up and doesn't sound like grinding or anything like that. It's really hard to explain but I attached a video that demonstrates this. We have done around 10 runs so far since Thursday at numerous speeds and inclines and the treadmill functions properly with no issues so my concern about the sound is minimal as it's not loud or obnoxious nor seems to affect functionality, it's just..."noticable". I did reach out to Sunny since it's brand new and they advised to take the cover off of the motor area, remove the motor belt and run the machine. This would be to determine if the noise is a motor issue or a roller or belt issue. I have not done this. I did remove the cover to observe the workings and the motor looks to be running smooth, the belt is secure and when changing speeds I do not notice the motor belt moving side to side or anything. Matter of fact, while I could still hear that noise at those speeds, I could not tell if it was even coming from that area or at the foot of the treadmill or at the control panel or wherever. It's very hard to trace the source. It "seems" like it's actually a faint electronic noise from the console but I have no idea. I just don't think I feel comfortable removing the motor belt since I don't have direction as to how to put the belt back on. There is a 180 day part warranty so I might get someone who knows about treadmills to do this with me so I don't mess up a good thing. BTW - that warranty is terrible but I figured for the price I paid, so be it. This model was only one out of a few I could find with a 20" deck and less than 68" length which I require for my limited space restrictions so it fit the bill. All "more expensive models" from other brands that I looked into are just simply too big for what I can fit and also most require intricate assembly. In conclusion, I have to say, the 20" wide belt is a HUGE welcome addition and I don't think I could ever go back to a smaller belt width. My runs and jogs feel much more comfortable and I don't have to look down every so often in fear of stepping on the sides of the belt. The incline and speed transitions are super smooth and the brushless motor and shock absorption make running on this a surprisingly really quiet and enjoyable experience. The large cup holders are a bonus that I didn't expect. Time will tell how this holds up but after set-up and regular use for 4 days I really, really like this treadmill. I'm a novice runner so for more advanced runners this might not be the treadmill for them, however, I assume they wouldn't even consider a Sunny for their needs in that case. Pros: The price, ease of set up, larger belt width and quiet operation makes us really happy we went with this model (so far). Cons: Sunny's warranty is straight up garbage. At this point, I see no other cons. "Cons" specific to me but might not apply to others: While there are 24 included programs, I can only use like 2 of them because most reach speeds at a certain duration that I simply can't do. Speeds 7 and up are way too fast for me. I thought the SunnyFit app courses would automatically adjust treadmill settings during workouts. This is not the case. You DO see your parameters on the right hand side of the screen and you CAN change them to adjust the treadmill within the app (that's cool!) but the treadmill will not change incline or speed during a workout course and you just have to follow the instructors numbers and adjust them manually. Not a big deal so not really a "con", I just didn't know. While I appreciate SunnyFit's customer service, (I was able to get someone on the phone quickly and they responded to my emails in a timely manner) I'm not crazy about them asking me to remove the motor belt to troubleshoot without giving further instructions how to put it back on. Again, not really a "con" just an observation. Thank you for reading.

Great
I’ve been using this treadmill for three months now, and I’m writing this review to share my thoughts. What I liked about it is that the noise level is tolerable and doesn’t bother anyone else in the house. It’s also easy to use. The app is not specifically designed for an iPad, but it still works well. I prefer using an iPad because it provides a larger screen for viewing the “World Tours.” However, this is not a major issue since you can connect your phone to a TV using AirPlay. On the downside, I’m not sure if the treadmill calculates the pulse correctly. The distance and approximate calories it tracks seem to be consistent with what I get from my Apple Watch. Overall, I haven’t encountered any significant negative issues with this treadmill yet.
