Comfortable and seemed effective for supine sleep apnea. After a few weeks the velcro totally wore out and pillows won’t stay together

This pillow set is good for helping with positioning with a person who has sleep apnea

I read a review where someone said that the pillows tore apart after just a few times and I did find that to be true. I also don’t think the knee pillow is very helpful since it is a round bolo pillow and doesn’t really separate the knees that well with proper padding on leg bones. The knee pillow should be flatter and wider.

I bought this for my 15 year old son. He sleeps better in his side and would roll over to much. He loves it. Uses it everynight.

Very comfy. Slept really weird with this.

I tried it once. Difficult to get into position on an air bed. Once I got into place where I could any hope to have have it restrict my rolling over, it was quite uncomfortable. But I was tired and went to sleep. I woke up a few hours later with a throbbing pain in my right shoulder which was locked in the down position. I ripped it out of my bed and threw it as far as I could. So.... I can not recommend this product. The strap is light weight and I would have to replace it with a real Velcro strap if it was otherwise functional. But, it was not.
