This is not a heated vest (though the packaging says it is) but it will keep you warm! The fleece is pretty thick and there's an off white lining inside. The pockets on the outside have zippers. There is another pocket on the inside which is nice. I took off one star because I got two vests from different companies and they turned out to be completely identical aside from the brand and the fact that this is $10 more expensive. So I think this one is a little overpriced. Overall this is a nice layer to add on cold days. When you keep your core warm, everything else stays warmer also!

I'm happy with my new fleece vest. It is soft and comfortable, and the perfect thing to throw on for an outside stroll, or grocery run during the cooler months. Being in Southern California, it doesn't really get too cold so a nice warm vest is enough to stay warm even in the winter. I am a size 4/6 typically and I got the Medium. It is a bit longer than I'd like, but I am short (5'1) with a short torso so that might be expected. Other than that I love it!

This is a vest with a light fleece lining inside. It can be worn to augment your winter clothing. You can add it as layering and we're underneath another jacket. Enduring fall and spring where it with a long sleeve shirt. It will help keep you warm has two pockets on the outside that have zippers. And it's mostly made of nylon or polyester. So it will shed light rain and moisture. It seems to be well made and I'm glad to have it to stay warm. However it says something in the description about being a heated jacket and I do not see anything like that with this jacket. While it's too warm to wear at the moment, fall and cooler weather will soon be here and this vest will be perfect. I did try it on right out of the package and I can make one obvious observation. Check the size chart, because if you have a dad bod like me, you may want to order a size up. And I say this, because vest like this are normally worn layered, so you'll want that bit of extra room. Now having said that, I ordered an XL and it does fit me well and with it being a polyester blend has a bit of stretch to it, so I should be okay. The vest is well made, no loose threads with a nice comfortable lining. You have two zipped pockets in front that are easily deep enough to store your phone or wallet for easy carry. With fall and football season here, layering is important, because the morning chills will give way to the warmth of the day, then back to the chill of the night. So this was definitely a proactive purchase on my part. With quality such as this, this vest will be a very popular item or gift for just about anyone.
