The media could not be loaded.  This machine is a beast. I needed a bill counter that is close to a bank grade machine. With the 5 different fraud detection and being able to count different denominations at the same time, I decided to go with this machine. Yes she is expensive, but I needed something very accurate and to take the load off of counting thousands by hand daily. I am very fast at counting by hand but this machine is wayyy faster obviously. It came with a paint brush that’s used for dusting but I use a air duster machine and it works faster and really gets all the dust out that comes on money. It is a hefty purchase, but I used my amazon credit card and got 5% back. Honestly, this is the best thing I’ve purchased off of amazon. Make sure the currency isn’t crumbled and your good to go. It has all the makings to be a good money counter BUT if there is ANY bent or imperfection on the bill it stops the counting process. INCREDIBLY annoying when trying to count money. NOT WORTH the money what so ever. Do not buy!Side note - I bought two of this same machine, I returned the first one thinking maybe it was a lemon. Nope, second, did the same thing. This is my first ever negative review on Amazon in years. Its that frustrating and annoying to use.

I get this machine, first use it worked great. Saved hours of counting money. The second time I use it after running several thousands of dollars it just went off or out to lunch. I never got it started again. Total black out. Tried all I could do then had to send it back. I would love to have one similar, but next level up is close to 3 grand. I do not recommend this counter because it stopped running on day two.

I bought a different money counter but it only counted how many Bills you haven’t. The Acubanker is an amazing machine! It not on,y counts bills but gives you the total of each bill and total of all bills ! I would totally recommend this product! Spend a bit more and get what you will really need!

Very expensive, we thougth it was high quality and we decide invested because we did not want to have problems. Used one a week and the machine died after 6 months.The Amazon wont refund you and the seller wont refund you either. They tell us to get the machine serviced. I WOULD NEVER SPEND $800 in a machine and have to take to get fixed months later.

Giving this review for the used version of the machine. 2 days and it stopped functioning. There are some lights that come on like a flash. The wheel turns and nothing. I had great fortune with the new version.

Was working great the first 3 days. After that, the screen turned off and never worked again. It was still powered on because there was 2 flashing blue lights on but doesn't work.I sent it back for a replacement one and I will see how that turns out.Will update with the news.Update: customer service is great. They kept me updated about the replacement of the machine and sent it back within a Week. Now its working great. Saves so much time from counting.

Ordered this item and had to return it because it had been previously used. The screen on the addt’l counter didn’t work and the screen on the main counter wouldn’t turn on. When we would place any money on it, nothing would happen. It would simply calibrate the gears over and over again. No way of trouble shooting it either.
