⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Game-changer for my fitness and wellbeing
I work out 5 days a week, and my Oura Ring Gen 4 has been an absolute game-changer for my routine and recovery. The sleep tracking alone has helped me understand how my body actually recovers, not just how hard I train. Seeing my sleep quality, readiness, and recovery metrics every morning has completely changed how I plan my workouts. What really stands out is how seamlessly it tracks my overall wellbeing—from sleep stages and recovery to daily readiness and trends over time. It’s helped me dial in better habits, know when to push hard, and when to prioritize rest. The insights feel meaningful and actionable, not just data for data’s sake. On top of that, it’s comfortable, unobtrusive, and easy to wear 24/7. The battery life is great, it runs easily for about 6-7 days with one full charge, plus it charges pretty quickly. If you’re serious about training, recovery, and long-term health, this ring is 100% worth it. I honestly can’t imagine my routine without it now. 💪

I love it!
I don't like wearing wrist watches, so having a smart ring is PERFECT for me! I love how durable it is, it's easy to clean, and the app that comes with it is GREAT! The tracking on this thing is flawless and it uses light sensors to track my vitals, so it doesn't even feel like a smart device, just a regular ring! It also charges very quickly, so if I'm using the bathroom or taking a shower at home, I just pop it on the charger for 10-15 minutes and it's good for a few days! I only do it daily just to establish a good routine, and I have forgotten before and let the battery get low, but still haven't had the power die on me yet! I can see it being an issue for lifting weights since it's coated in stainless still and a little bulky, but otherwise very comfortable for other forms of exercise! I can also see it being a problem because of the red and green light sensors at night, it might be disruptive to light sleepers in a dark room, but I just keep my hands under my blankets or pillows, and I sleep just fine! It doesn't light up all the time, just periodically throughout the night. If the tiny lights at night might bother you, you can probably put a thick sock or a glove over your hand at night to block the light. I'm personally not inconvenienced by it at night, and I like that I can't feel anything when it checks my vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, just to name a few). I wound up subscribing to the app anually because I really liked how easy it was to set up and how thorough its analysis was for my overall health. UPDATE: Recently I noticed the ring was draining too fast between charges and I actually needed to charge it everyday! I reached out to customer service via the app, they asked a few questions, and shipped me another one immediately! It was refurbished, not brand new, but it works like new and I would never have known the difference if they didn't tell me! I keep the old one as a backup just in case since they said I don't need to send it back. I basically haven't stopped wearing the Oura ring since I put it on, and I've used it on long walks, swimming (fully submerged in water), and for general daily activities and it works great! I wash it with soap and water when I wash my hands and take it off to give it an.wxtra good wipe down before popping it on the charger or putting it back on!

Sleek, Comfortable, and Absolutely Worth It!
I’m honestly obsessed with my Oura Ring Gen 4 in silver. It’s sleek, lightweight, and fits comfortably without feeling bulky. I initially ordered a size 8, but it was too big, so I exchanged it for a size 7 and it fits perfectly. The durability seems great so far and it’s holding up really well with daily wear. It was very easy to set up, and the app made everything simple and straightforward. I’m right-handed, so I usually wear it on my left hand as recommended, but I can switch it to my right depending on what jewelry I’m wearing that day, which adds nice versatility. The tracking is impressive. My sleep insights feel accurate, and I’ve become more aware of how my rest impacts my energy and stress. Battery life is great, and it charges quickly, so I’m never without it for long. You do need the app and a small monthly membership, but overall it feels like a good value for the money. Highly recommend.

1 Month Post Purchase Review
Overall, I love it. I’m gonna break down my review as to why I love it and based on what you’re looking for in a smart ring to determine if this is a good fit for you. First, appearance. It doesn’t look masculine and is fairly scratch resistant. With any jewelry, you’re going to have a little scratching on the underside if you do anything with your hands. There’s plenty of protection options if that’s something you want to look into, but honestly I’ve had minimal scratching and it doesn’t bother me. It fit closer to my actual ring size, but you need to get sized to figure out your actual size. Oura offers a $10 you can order, but I personally just went to Best Buy and got my size off the display there. I believe Target also has sizers in the Oura display. But you do need to get fitted to know if the sensors are at an optimal location for best readings. Next category is App Quality. I really like the app and the reliability of the data it provides. I am not a super intense workout person, so it is perfect for my low impact workouts. I’ve heard people say it doesn’t provide accurate HR readings in higher intensity workouts, I see some improvement for that as you can have it track live HR data. I know a lot of people complain about the subscription and I just want to clarify that because I looked at that myself. The annual subscription is $69.99, monthly is $5.99. You can use the tracker without a subscription, however it gives you very basic data feedback. It tracks the basics, but does not give you pointers for improvement or how to better your scores. With the subscription, you’re not only paying for the insights, but you’re also paying for the access to Oura Advisor, the AI integration that can give even further insights to the data you have logged in app and the feature to simply take a photo of a meal for meal logging. Women’s Health: I personally like it. I have used Apple Health for many many years so it’s my primary for reliability in start dates, but I like the detailed data with Oura. I think with further use of the Oura I might 100% convert to it but for now I can’t decide which I like better. Given my current medical, this is a fantastic tool for me. Tags has been the best way for me to tie symptoms to more probable causes rather than wondering and guessing or assuming. I was most drawn to that feature, but you have to remember to add the tags for it to be most effective. If simple tracking without a bulky smartwatch is more what you’re looking for, this will definitely do that for you but cheaper alternatives can do the same if you’re looking to save some money. If you have more complex medical and want the data insights to your health and be more in tune with your body, you want the Oura ring with a subscription. The good news is that you can actually use an FSA / HSA for both the ring and the subscription. Mine gave me almost no trouble as far as documentation when I purchased them.

Highly Recommend
I LOVE my oura ring. It's crazy how much this ring detects and I find it very accurate. I've had mine for about 5 months now and have no regrets about getting one. It lets me know when I'm getting sick, the cycle tracking for females is amazing (way better than any app I've ever used, and I have PCOS) and the sleep tracking is great. There's a lot more this ring does but I really do like it. I also wear it every single time I was my hands ( I work in the medical field), occasionally in the shower when I forget to take it off and it still works just fine. The battery life is great, I maybe charge it 2-3 times a month. I love this ring!

Sleek, Smart & Surprisingly Powerful!
I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 and I’m honestly impressed with how much technology fits into such a small, elegant design. It looks like a regular ring, but it tracks everything—from sleep to daily activity and even stress levels. What I love the most is the sleep tracking. The insights are super detailed and actually helpful, especially for improving my routine. It’s also very comfortable to wear all day and night—you barely notice it’s there. The battery life is amazing too. I don’t have to charge it every day, which makes it way more convenient than other wearables. The app is easy to use and gives clear, personalized feedback. Only thing to keep in mind is the sizing—it’s really important to get the right fit before buying. Overall, it feels like a premium product that really helps you stay on top of your health. Highly recommend!

LOVE IT!!
Very accurate, absolutely enjoying this ring! My only gripe is that once airplane mode is activated, you can’t undo it until you put it back on the charger. Well I’m out of town without my charger because I have enough charge to get me through this trip, activated it while on the plane and although it’s still collects, I can’t see my data. Aside from that, ABSOLUTELY love this ring! It is very accurate, gives a lot of information and details, and really good resources. Absolutely love that I can use my FSA to pay for all things related to the ring (like the travel charger and app subscription. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for information about your sleep and stress! GET IT!!

Great Tracking, but Significant Durability and Design Flaws
The tracking capabilities of this ring are quite good, and it provides a solid high-level overview of daily health metrics and sleep patterns. It is comfortable to wear 24/7, and the data feels accurate enough to be useful. However, there are several significant drawbacks that make it difficult to fully recommend at this price point. The most frustrating part of owning this ring is how easily it scratches. Within the first two days of wearing it, there were already multiple visible marks on the surface. Despite being very careful and not performing any manual labor or heavy housework, the finish has only gotten worse over time. For a premium wearable, the lack of durability is disappointing. Additionally, the sizing guidance turned out to be a major issue. Following the recommendation to fit the ring on the index finger—the largest finger—became a problem after losing weight. It is extremely frustrating that a product designed to help you get healthier becomes unwearable once you actually achieve those health goals. There is no trade-in or resizing program offered, so the ring is now a total waste of money because it no longer fits. It feels like the company is dropping the ball by not supporting customers who successfully use the product for its intended purpose. Finally, while the ring tracks a lot of data, the insights provided by the app are very infrequent. For the cost of the annual subscription, there should be much more actionable information on how to actually improve your life and feel better. The app has a lot of potential, but right now it feels like it isn't doing enough with the information it collects. Between the fragile exterior and the lack of a path for successful users to keep wearing their device, it’s a disappointing experience overall.
