SANDISK micro SD card licensed for Nintendo Switch consoles, 1TB Pokemon Snorlax edition (up to 100 MB/s, Nintendo gaming storage, 4k UHD, UHS-I, Class 10, V30, U3)

Running out of data space for the my Nintendo Switch, I definitely needed a micro SD card, and found this 256GB one the very thing I needed. Officially licensed for Nintendo, this 256GB card looks really nice decorated with the Super Mario Super Star, but it also provides more than enough space I need for game data and also downloading extra games from the Nintendo E-shop. Because of all the extra data space this micro SD card now provides, it also seems to make my Switch now perform more smoothly now that there’s more memory available. Very good value for money, high-quality and easy to install in the Switch as well. Needless to say, handle with care as it can be quite delicate, but for Switch owners who need more data, this is the very thing you’ll need.

Just what I needed. Great capacity, has 953 GB free (both cards had identical free capacity) after file management has taken its alloted amount. Love the Zelda motif on the card and goes great with the Tears of the Kingdom oled switch. Works well and now have oodles of space for my growing game library. It's good value for money and does seem to access or move files as quickly as the smaller cards (the original card was the 64GB size). No issues so far. Just plug and play, nothing else needed to be done. Only downside is the lack of a case for the card if it ever needed to be stored outside of the system. The smaller ones had a little storage cases that came with them. This one lacks a case altogether, it only has a blister pack with a thin plastic film covering the memory card. Bit of a let down considering it is the most expensive of the cards currently available. However, it may have been dropped from the packaging due to reducing plastic usage.

Perfect. Great amount of storage and has vastly improved my gaming experience. I can now download way more games, obviously, but one thing I hadnt factored in was speed. My switch now seems to run much faster due to the increase in storage space and loading games etc is just much quicker which is a major bonus. It is super easy to install, just plug it in and then follow the commands on screen. It will take maybe 20 or more minutes to move your game data to the card if you have completely filled your internal storage like I did. But, once you have done so, it functions perfectly and you won't have to touch it until you completely fill it up. I haven't had to do this yet and I have around 40 ish digital game cards with hundreds of hours of data. Overall I would definitely recommend and I should have bought it years ago.

I bought this 'Official Nintendo Switch - Yoshi Egg, Yoshi Green 64GB - SanDisk SD Card' & it arrived without a case for the card (pictured above) which is usually present, OK say that you buy one it'll sit safely & ready for work in your Switch but should you buy more than one where are the extra minuscule products meant to be kept both safely & without being so easily lost? This was a BIG disappointment for me! Now as for the product it was bought for added games storage as there are so many new games coming out on the Switch from October 2023 through to February 2024 & a good few of them have a number of games on a single Switch Cartridge & with the number of new games that I've pre-ordered I just wanted to make sure that I'm sorted for saves & for memory as I don't use Cloud Saves I just prefer the 'Official Nintendo Switch SanDisk Cards' like this one I'm currently reviewing, The SD Cards are compatible with all of Nintendo's Switch consoles from the Original to the Lite & the newest OLED model. It's nicely, decently & very fair priced & the extra 64GB that it boasts will be extremely handy in the coming months, it's just a crying shame that it didn't come with a Card Case for it's own secure & not so easily lost safety! All said & done though it was a fine working buy delivered the next day with my continuous Amazon Prime subscription.

It's great. Serves it's purpose. Could do with being a bit cheaper though. And no adaptor for full size slots on laptops and other SD compatible devices. Smooth delivery though
