Great little mini PC
Nice mini computer, win 11 pro is good and the PC is very snappy, It does get hot so be careful but that is the trade-off for a fanless PC. Less mechanical parts to wear out, they should last a while. I like the USB C port, hdmi, 4 USB ports and the mini SD card slot is a good addition. Everything you need. And the HDMI ports x 2 is nice and Wi-Fi works great, although I like having the Ethernet connection too for highest speed.

Mini-Computer works great.
The PC was bought for a client's site to monitor the network (Auvik). We set the BIOS to auto-start on power failure. I deployed this to a client in Atlanta (we are in Houston) and it has been up and running for months now with no issue. Also note that the PC is up and running without a Keyboard, Mouse, or Monitor included and there is no issue with the boot up. Comes with the 2 antennas for wireless and also has a built in RJ45 port. HOT -> Yes, it does get hot to the touch so do be careful, the case is built like a heat sink to draw the heat from the unit.

Very well made, outstanding customer support
Seemingly well made (from the outside), Win11 runs well after the usual upgrade hassles. I think these types of PCs run fairly hot, though the BIOS changes suggested on the forums helped a bit. The entire case is a heat sink, after all. I had an issue specific to my keyboard which caused Windows to reboot rather than shut down. A $3 thrift store keyboard works fine. (Customer support was fantastic on helping me work through this.) The last discovery was that the USB ports are so close together, I cannot plug in any 2 drives simultaneously (see photo). Not a big deal. Otherwise, this is a great product. Next adventure will be to try Ubuntu or Mint on it.

Solid, quiet, fast response
Love this little PC! My tower and it's innards are over 11 years old and I felt it might be time to think about upgrading. I discovered mini PCs and thought that might be the way to go- I am on in years and not up to wrestling with full-size towers anymore. I switched to Linux years ago and no longer game, so my needs are modest. I just want something to do web developing and everyday tasks on. Windows 11 came installed and I was impressed how zippy and responsive it is. I turned around and they had released the z100's bigger brother, the z300. I decided to purchase it and use the z100 as a Media Player. Which brings me to another winning point- price. For all it has to offer, the prices can't be beat. Easy set-up, a metal chassis, quiet as a mouse, fast solid Wi-Fi, and numerous ports including 2 HDMI and USB 3.2 gen 2 ports, from a well-established, reputable company. I am well-pleased.

So impressed, I purchased another!
I am a tech nerd... so initially I purchase the NEO Z300 to be a "headless" Linux 24-7 VPN gateway when I am at work or traveling, also it has enough horsepower to run Nginx (web server), Samba (file server), as well as home automation and monitoring. For that, it is solid, inexpensive, and reliable. I bought a second computer to replace an old laptop-- it functions admirably as silent Windows workstation that is capable of word processing, spreadsheets, surfing the web as well as simple games-- using a wireless keyboard and mouse. I have it VESA mounted on the back of an Amazon Basics 24" monitor. If you are in the market for simple and solid tech, I'd highly recommend this!

So far so good.
Works fine so far. The preinstalled Win11 is great addition.

Good computers for industrial use cases in possibly dusty environments
After testing one of these we purchased 20 total for use in a manufacturing environment on the shop floor. We've used Minix devices in the past and had very few issues (a couple failing SSD's after multiple years of 24x7 use). Decided to try these as the fanless form factor will prevent dust collecting inside the unit. So far, so good. Seems to have similar wifi reception compared to older Minix units. We don't use the bluetooth functionality, so I can't speak to that. Basically the only thing we use these for is to run a browser to connect to our ERP software and open PDF's of part prints. These are overkill for that use, but we also expect them to last 5-7 years (or more) like our previous Minix devices have. For what it's worth, these install Windows updates much faster than the Z150. I'm guessing that performance gain would follow into higher load use cases than ours. I don't think I'd use it for any type of FPS gaming, but office apps, web browsing, and 1080p (maybe 4k?) video streaming should be no problem at all. The only odd things I've noticed is that all have been configured for English (United Kingdom) as the Windows language instead of English (US). There also seems to be an Edge Extension - Google Docs Offline - that is pre-installed and we removed. Other than that, they have all activated Windows and no other problems or odd software noted with the first 7 or so. My one improvement suggestion would be with the VESA mount. In our environment, it would be great to have something to secure the device to the mount. As designed, it is basically held in place by gravity. In a home or office setting, this would be no problem at all. In a manufacturing environment, I worry about someone bumping the stand they are mounted on or the cables and knocking it up just enough to slip off the mounting tabs. When looking at the price for Windows 11 Pro licenses, CPU, RAM, and SSD's, I'm still not sure how they manufacture an entire computer for these prices. I will update this review if we have any troubles, but I'm liking what I see so far!

Windows PRO versions included for a basement price, great computer for light users!
These things are fantastic for industrial types of uses. I've got one of the older N100 units back in maintenance and since it isn't sitting there sucking up dust, it's just as happy at a year old as it was out of the box. Also, the price is an absolute STEAL! Windows pro upgrade license is 100 bucks, and these are Windows 11 PRO out of the box! The wifi radio is a tad weak, but ethernet connections are better, and it's got a port for that. Perfect little web surfer!
