Better than whole eggs whites for food safety.
You will need a heavy-duty food mixer, not a hand mixer it takes a long time time to mix in with the icing sugar and warm water. Read your recipe once done its great to use on cookies or cake icing.

great for royal icing.
Have used similar product before but paid more so was pleased to see it on amazon, have several christmas cakes to ice and decorate and this is so much easier to use than seperating eggs and then having to try using up the egg yolks. I must admit that I don't make this up following the instructions on the tub as it is then a little watery but maybe that is okay for meringue. For royal icing I mix the powder with the sugar and add water gradually until the right consistency,this works for me.

Super easy to use
Easy to us when you follow the YouTube video by Wilton - flavour isn’t always great when making royal icing anyway so I like to add a little something to make sure it tastes good.
