So I own quite a few games by Gamely now, and they’re consistently beautifully designed both in terms of multi-age play mechanics and aesthetics.I like the fact that this one works in different ways when you either know the person you’re on a team with really well or even not that well. If you know them you can put yourself in their head when they write/guess from the 2 words. If you don’t know them super well the 2 words system still works, but you have to play with a different approach like thinking how most people think, not the specific person you’re on a team with. Gradually you tune into to their thinking though which is very cool.The box comes with all the bits you need to pick up and play which is nice as you’ll have a phone with a timer function unless you’re Crocodile Dundee. Makes it also work well as a travel game with the family!Rules keep it fun without any confusion or frustrating learning curve. More just a tuning in curve which is enjoyable in itself. Lots of replay value I expect although have only had for a week so far. Sustainable packaging is a nice touch and quality is great. 5*

We bought this game to play over Christmas and gave it a go with friends last weekend - we loved it!The rules are simple, and the results hilarious. We loved how the more you played, the more you got to know what people’s style is (factual, cryptic, just plain silly…), and the braver we got to make our clues more challenging.We also loved that it’s not technically a team game, but you need to play to each other’s strengths to win points, so you still feel like you’re playing collaboratively - very clever!This game will have you in fits of laughter and leave you wanting ‘just one more round’. Highly recommend! Nice one Gamely!

Really easy to understand and play and comes with everything you need. The clues are often ridiculous which makes for a really funny game. We’ve played with 2 people and then 5 people and worked really well with both. Excellent game, something a little bit different but great fun!

Clue in Twos is such a fun game - a perfect mix of hilarity and brain-racking fun! I played Clues in Twos with my partner and children who are 8 and 10 - this is under the recommended age bracket but we all had an absolutely fantastic time and everyone enjoyed it. The concept of the game is simple so you will get playing quickly, but all the fun comes in thinking up clues in just two words. We found our clues ranged from the very clever to extremely silly to downright rubbish! But we all ended up laughing, no matter what. If you enjoy any sorts of word games, creative games, thinking outside the box or even just straight up trivia, I'd really recommend you get your hands on a copy of this game.

I was looking for many two-player games to buy for my partner, and I stumbled across this game. let me tell you, it's an absolute blast. We kept trying to go to bed, but as soon as we finished a round, we kept saying "one more". It's an easy game to learn, but it really makes you think outside the box! I have yet to play it in a group setting, but sure, it will be just as fun, if not more. I highly highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a two-player game or just a creative thinking game.
