Works great, easy to use. Jewlery pieces are decent and cute. I highly recomend this kit, the price is great, and you can use in comfort of own home which made it so much more easier with my daughter with really bad anxiety. Update, ordered a second kit and same thing works flawlessly. Just so aware this kit is a nice size for piercing nose my friend ordered a kit from a different seller and the piercing jewlery was way bigger and hurt way worse the ball was bigger too so I definitely recomend buying this kit from this seller.

Sanitize with a drop of alcohol on the piercing bar itself, scrubbed my face and nostril, washed my hands then dipped them in alcohol 70%. Dipped the q tip in alcohol and wrapped the alcohol pad it came with around then cleaned my nostril inside and out once more, marked with an alcohol marker, took it slow till I felt it was in place then just pressed firmly down making sure it was all the way in for a moment, slowly released, the guides fell apart as they were supposed to, and just pressed the piercing in against my nostril. Clean, easy, painless. Your mind literally pumps you up however if done properly it is less painful then going in to have it done. I felt it long after when I first had it done by a professional, this I don't feel at all. I'm already flexing my nostril minutes after and it doesn't feel like I did anything. If yours got stuck I advise watching a video on YouTube of someone using the same tool, then you'll get a better understanding. When you release the tool don't push down twice, it's like a sewing machine, it's meant for one attempt only. Make sure you start slow to make sure it's going into the right spot, then basically just staple down firmly, squeezing your nostril like you're pinching it too make sure it's throw then slowly release, angle the gun the same way it was before you pressed it and gently pull away. As you do, the blue guides should effortlessly fall away. Don't panic if they do. Just stay focused on pulling the piercer from your nose. I'm giving it a few to relax but after I finish writing this I'm going to go give it a small rotation and dab some spring and seasalt water to give it a good healing start. You should keep the original in for a week to 3-4 months while rotating it at least twice a day to make sure the skin doesn't adhere to the piecing itself. This tool is amazing, easy, very simple to use, self explanatory and I'm pleased with the variety of pieces it comes with. Fast over night delivery. Worked great! Only complaint is the jewelry didn’t go all the way through so I had to push it a very tiny amount. Virtually no pain. I marked my nose then pierced my nose. It was very easy to use! 9/10 recommend!

It sucks! Followed every direction and it did not fully go through my nose. I even tried the second one and it didn't even work. I would never buy this again.
