Tasty & easy to chew; very low dosage
These beet root supplements taste like fruit snacks and are very easy to chew and swallow. I do think that the dosage is low, however. Most information I found online suggests 250mg-500mg of beet root per day, but for some uses I see up to 7g a day being taken! In comparison, the 30mg present in this gummy is not very much at all, and may be way thus far I have not seen any impact to my blood pressure.I will finish the bottle, though, and maybe look for a different product with a more research-backed dosage.
