it didn't have very good instructions and it didn't even have a picture of it put together to help figure it out, but I would order it again their service and delivery is great! And they said if I needed help they were available.

I was so upset when I open the box there were so many pieces. wires every were. the instructions were the worst . I was about to send it back but luckily my handyman was at my house doing some work when he saw the chandelier and just started putting it together for me. I have never been so stressed out over a light fixture..never again will I buy a chandelier from amazon.

After finally getting this hung and in place, I freaking love it! It’s got sparkle and shine. Perfect in our 12 foot ceiling dining room. I will say though that the only way my husband was able to get this put together is because he has a working knowledge of electrical work. He’s a roofer by trade but knows enough about other areas to make due. He said himself that anyone with NO knowledge of electrical work would have no chance of putting this chandelier together. It took him around 7 hours from having to get it wired up, sort every package of crystal strands, figure what goes where, run the strands, each one individually, hang the prisims, and finally say “done!” The instructions are a joke. Each package of strands is labeled with a letter, but our 10 year old writes better letters than whoever wrote those. It’s wonderful once you get it up, but it’s some work!!

Not like picture. Maybe 25% that many crystals and horribly labeled so very hard to put together. It's still pretty for the price and all but nothing like the one pictured.

I didn't purchase this chandelier but installed it. As some of the previous owners stated, the instructions suck.Their tech assist just referred me to the video. The youtube video had no audio. Maybe some more diagrams or a picture of the finished product. Many of the crystals are exactly the same but in differently labeled bags. The same can be said for the chains of beaded glass. Three of the beads were broken (but they include three extras). They included about two feet of chain and about one foot extra wire. Even if you did get extra chain you wouldn't be able to lower it much. It is a nice looking fixture though. peterj

Everyone is in awe of this chandelier in my reception area of my medi-spa. It is breathtakingly gorgeous. They also sent extra pieces. I love that.
