While installing windows, even after I enter my username and password, it acted as if I didn't put in a password and wanted me to create a pin. It just hung on create pin forever. Tried many times but nothing worked. Will have to return it. ******resolved**** Had trouble but it was resolved by running windows setup without internet. Its a great little unit and quiet and portable. However, there are no audio inputs to allow the user record but there are interfaces on the market that take care of that. VERY SATISFIED.

Lost audio output after three months. It takes several attempts to power on now.

You can't go wrong with this product for its price range. Excellent quad core performance! Can be used as DVR, home server, business PC, HTPC. Totally stable too, running it 24/7 without a hitch. Comes with Windows 11 pre-installed without any bloatware. The only bad side is the SATA cable is a bit too vulnerable, if you wish to upgrade storage, stick with M.2. I couldn't find BIOS/UEFI updates and drivers as the manufacturer website doesn't work and they won't reply to emails.

Sent it back same day. Hung up on " create a password" screen. When restarted, it had someone else's name with mine. Clearly, PC had been purchased before and not fixed or wiped of users. Didn't order as a used item, but it obviously was
