I love this product and the company that make it. Only trouble is the mouth peice is made from a terrible material so prone to breaking. Company was very helpful tho about the broken mouthpeices

Bought 2 of these vapes within a day of each other, both mouthpieces have been faulty one the plastic snapped off inside and made it really loose so it's lost its suction then other one keeps falling apart out of the mouthpiece in two bits with the hot metal part still stuck in the vape and the the black mouthpiece is in your hand 😡 annoying that it's happened twice

Not the best device I've ever used the plastic cap melted and shattered after 1 week managed to get a rubber replacement mouthpiece from a vape shop given out for free, if you purchase this item I'd say go straight to a vape shop and get a rubber mouthpiece before the item arrives to replace the manufacturing failure, now it does work ok the moister the substance the better turpin profile, I have seen better product's around but they ultimately cost more money,so this is an affordable product for a healthy lifestyle, I'd also like to see a replacement battery as it isn't the Greatest,cleaning is quite easy as you do get a pipe cleaning brush,and some extra screens but they are not as good quality as the screen that comes already assembled, overall you will only get a few small but flavorful puffs then a roasted taste when it's time to stop and collect the used substances for culinary adventures, wink wink nudge nudge say no more.

Straight out of the package and won't turn on. To spend £50.00 and have a product that doesn't even turn on is disgraceful. I'm a big flower mate fan and that's why I tried this product but to say I'm disappointed would be a massive understatment. I would highly recommend not to waste your time or money on this product.

First off I have to say the customer service from smart pipes was fantastic. Paul could not do enough for me. The product: New to vaping so wanted to try dry herbs first with a mid range vaper. Watched a few videos on YouTube and flowermate seemed to be a fairly good brand. Device is easy to use etc but does have a few drawbacks: Vaping herbs has to be specific temperatures. The unit seems to shut off after a few puffs and has to be reset. Not much vapour If these were ironed out perhaps this would be a better product. Id suggest perhaps increasing yout budget a bit and going for an upper end model. Just a note but Ive vaped valerian in this. Fantastic night sleep! (Google zamnesia best herbs to vape) Thanks

Had this for a couple of months now, don't think it's going to last out the year.it spends most of its time switching itself off and cooling down when you don't want it to.. Rather than heating up and ready to vape , hot on the lips and burns product very fast. Save your money and buy a v5spro by flower-mate instead.

I have had to just order my second one in about 3 years its been very reliable and for the price well worth it. All flowermate vapes I've had never had any issues with them

Good balance of terpenes and vapor. The chanber can get quite hot if on for a while but it makes for a good session

Con 3 meses de uso y ya no funciona, ha dejado de calentar. Y para colmo no ha funcionado bien prácticamente desde el principio poco vapor hay que ponerlo a partir de casi 200 grados y en cuanto llegaba a la temperatura empezaba a descender y casi no se podía vaporizar. Por no decir también que la boquilla se rompió enseguida debido a que no está preparado para esa temperatura. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!!!

Se funziona??? Xké chi non ha mai vaporizzato. La vaporizzione è acquea. Quindi non si vede fumo. Ragazzi è uno sballo totale. Bisogna conoscere il tipo di prodotto da vaporizzare e le temperature.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Vaporizer: einwandfreies Design, schnelles Erhitzen, guter Geschmack und auch optisch und haptisch sehr gut. Das Display ist ebenfalls sehr schick - durch die Tasten an der Seite kann man die gewünschte Temperatur auf den Grad genau regulieren. Allerdings ist der Akku leider ein kleines Manko, der geht nämlich relativ schnell leer. Bei der Größe und dem Preis ist es mir aber lieber, wenn Flowermate am Akku spart als an anderen Dingen, wie der Befüllkapsel oder dem Material. Dazu ist die Wirkung im Vergleich zu anderen Vaporizern höherer Preisklasse (wie dem Mighty von Storz und Bickel) nicht zu vergleichen. Wenn man am Aura dafür öfter zieht, wird man am Ende auch nicht unzufrieden sein. Ebenfalls sollte man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht am Mundstück verbrennt. Hat man den Aura erst ein paar mal ausprobiert, ist das allerdings sehr gut zu vermeiden. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Me encanta! Comencé a usarlo ayer y, como leí en otros comentarios, al principio cuesta sacar vapor, y me estaba frustrando un poco. No desesperéis!!! en cuestión de 10 sesiones más o menos de 5 minutos ha comenzado a sacar vapor como en los videos q había visto. Es bastante discreto. Además no es necesario dar una calada fuerte. Esto también es importante. A mi me ha costado unas sesiones aprender a dar la calada de manera diferente que al cigarro. Ha de ser muy suave, lenta y lo larga que prefieras. Eso ya va a gustos. Lo he probado con hierba seca directamente en la cazuela, y con el deposito(igual sensación) y con líquidos en el otro depósito. Me queda probar las resinas, aceites o hash. Alguien que lo haya probado ya asi? Agradecería contara su experiencia. Resumiendo... en general estoy contenta!
