Crystal clear, lightweight, fast, rugged, and accurate - Great product all around!
I bought this product because I'm a new hunter and still figuring out distances and angles to secure the best vantage point. Upon my first test in the house the unit picked up the distance and angle very quickly and with no problem, however in low light conditions you will find the display is somewhat faded and harder to read. Not a show stopper for me as it will be used outdoors and in well-lit areas. The size is small, light, and easy to hold. The optics are very clear, and when pinpoint focused, brings everything up close and personal. I found myself keeping my ProWild in the car and using it at every stop to gage distances and train my eye to know at a glance how far an object is. I found it funny that there is not a unit that measures, distance, speed, and angle, which I thought the ProWild S did, but this unit only measures distance and angle. The ProWild measures distance and speed. Go figure! The TecTecTec website was having issues the weekend that I got my unit in so I tried several times to register for the 2 year warranty. Was never able to get it done on the website, so I sent an email with all of my info and the support staff registered for me and sent a confirmation. That's what I call good customer service! Most companies would have pointed me back at the website - that would have been frustrating....so again GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The ProWild S is a great buy for the money and I expect to get years of use out of it.

Great range finder
This range finder is great... I was at the Total Archery Challenge and was using this RF next to many other models including vortex and Leupolds. This range finder was MORE accurate than those models that start at $400. I would recommend this to everyone. Only critique, it rounds to the nearest yard.... but I’m not that good anyway

Easy to use. Nice pouch included.
The build quality is a bit crude, but it works fine. I’ve owned optical products like binoculars that were similar - plastic pieces that almost, but not quite fit together precisely. At this price point, these are nice enough. Functionality is good. I’ve never owned a device like this, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But operation is simple and intuitive m. The resulting measurements seem accurate and easy to read. I will be using it to help sight rifle telescopes and shots.

Decent for the price
I bought this after reading many other reviews stating it is not perfectly accurate. Because I'm using it for archery, I didn't mind it being a couple yards off. I've used a friends Vortex range finder which was really accurate, but expensive. This range finder varies one to two yards at 50 yards. While standing in one place and without changing elevation, I will click the button to measure distance several times. While taking multiple measurements, the range finder will change distances several times. If you require accuracy, do not buy. If you don't mind being one or two yards off, then this is a great price. Overall, I'm happy with the product only because it's for archery' hence the 3 star rating. When I can afford it, I will be buying a Vortex range finder and giving this one to my kid.

I lost it in the woods for months buried under snow and still works
I can't compare it to any other range finder, but the thing that stands out is it held up being left outside. It fell out of my pocket and was in the snow for months and it still worked and so did the battery. Like any magnifying device you get, I wish it was stronger, it could always be stronger, but anything magnifying you buy like that you'll think that of it. Can't speak for accuracy or anything but the fact it still worked is great.

Good for the money
Used for bow hunting and it works well for that. Get accurate reading out to 250yds for gun hunting but that’s the best I’ve seen. Battery life is good and it’s easy to use. Good for the money. Gave 4 stars due to not getting the 540 yards advertised.

Range is a few hundred yards short of what was promised
I like everything about the range finder except it tops out at about 350 yards, even though the product ad here on amazon says its good up to 540 yards. A 540 yard ballistic range finder for $130 is a good deal. 350 yards for $130 is somewhere between fair and overpaying.

Doesn't read after 100 yds.
Used for Colorado Elk hunting trip. Wouldnt read after 106 yds. That is the furthest it would pickup. And supposedly not accurate under 50 yds by reading other reviews, so in my opinion it was useless. Unless always shooting 50 -100 yds. Numbers also hard to read if in the woods.
