I will preface this, the safe is not overly heavy. Someone could easily grab the whole safe and run out of the house with it if there's nothing heavy in it, not that that's any different than most safes. Bought it to store my ammo in and it works great. Tons of room inside to store what I need. Has a little light in it for some reason. All in all pretty happy with it. The key code is easy to change, and the shelf is actually held down by thumb screws so it's not sliding around inside.

A must have safe at home, storage is spacious, I love it 💯.

Very nice and secured. I do like the fact that the pad has letters and numbers just bc some people likes using words instead of numbers. Well made easy to use and perfect for documents and smaller things of value.

Really happy with my purchase. I just wanted an entry level safe as safety has become an increasing concern in our economy lately. The safe came with really heavy duty screws for you to mount into a stud or anchor into a wall. The lock has both an electronic keypad and back up key incase the battery dies. But even if the battery dies, it includes an external battery pack which can be plugged into the keypad to supply power. I like the adjustable shelf and it created enough space for my belongings. The little hidden LED light that turns on when you open the safe was an extra nice touch. There are holes in the back and bottom of the safe for mounting so you will have to seal them off if you're not using those holes. That was the only downside I observed. The back up key worked perfectly and I had no difficulties with setting up and installing the safe!

Can’t open safe with the code provided and can’t change the code. Tried calling the number provide for support and it’s a staples store. Tried going through a website found for help and can’t submit.
