I’ve been using this item for about a month and after a week of consistent use I did notice a difference in my performance. Doesn’t taste bad either! No bloating either.

Brain fog? Need a little brain boost before work? This is what you need 😄. This mixes very easily in cold water. My only downside would be the strong flavor. It's a really nice raspberry lemonade, but to get the double dose for brain power it is a bit strong. It also lasts a long time for being a small container. Good value for your money.

I like the brand decided to give it a try. Left it in the water for three days and it was just sitting on the bottom of the glass. Tastes good but messy to make. That scoop design is terrible.
