Impressively Bright Flashlight!
This was my first Pioocan flashlight and I was very impressed. It is lightweight but it feels well made. It is easy to get a grip on and it also includes a magnetic tail cap. There is integrated USB-c charging and a port cover that seals well. This did a very nice job of lighting up the back yard and had no problem reaching out far. Very simple user interface (the user manual accurately called it a people-friendly flashlight). On the brightest setting it can get a little hot, but that is expected with how much light it is putting out. Great light at a great price!!

Low light - Good Flashlight - SUPER BRIGHT LIGHT! A very good tactical hand-torch!
Everyone needs at least one form of self defense, especially at night, in an attempt to ward off a potential attacker, and a super bright light in the eyes when they don't expect it may be just the less-than-lethal option you've been looking for. With 3 levels of light intensity I can use it around the house when a little extra light in a dark place helps, and I keep it by my bed at night ready to blind anyone who thinks they have more of a right to my stuff than I do. Being small, with a clip attached, it's easy to carry anywhere...an evening walk in the neighborhood, a walk to the store, sitting on the porch with a cup/glass of your favorite beverage watching the sunset, walking from your office to your car after dark...the potential is almost limitless. I haven't had a need for the magnet on its base, but it's a strong magnet, so I'm sure it'd hold if you needed it to. And being rechargeable via usb-c I'm not concerned about running out of battery power, If I've used it at all during the week I charge it back up before going to bed on the weekend.

Solid Budget Flashlight with Impressive Throw and Some Room for Improvement
My experience with flashlights is pretty limited—I only own one other model, the Wurkkos FC13S (Simple Mode). So I’m not coming from an expert perspective, but I can speak to how this flashlight compares in practical use. This model offers up to 2500 lumens, just like my FC13, but it performs very differently. The beam is more concentrated, with a tighter throw. You’ll notice in the comparison photos I’ve included: the black flashlight is the FC13, and the orange one is this model. The black flashlight casts a wider beam overall, which is great for lighting up large areas. You’ll also see that the FC13 doesn’t have a strong, clearly defined hot spot—it just washes everything evenly. On the other hand, the orange flashlight (this one) has a very prominent circular hot spot in the center, which is ideal for long-range illumination. That difference comes down to build. If you look at the heads of the two flashlights in the photos, you’ll notice that the S10 Pro’s emitter is completely flat and flush, while the FC13’s emitter is recessed slightly and surrounded by flared-out orange edges. That little design choice on the FC13 helps spread and shape the beam more effectively, and it also gives the light a more polished, thought-out feel. It’s a subtle but smart design detail. Now, that’s not to knock this flashlight—it’s still a great budget option. Build quality is solid. The aluminum body feels nice in the hand—durable, grippy, and well-sized. The button is a bit small for my preference, especially compared to the FC13, and it doesn’t support reverse charging. That’s a feature I didn’t think I’d care about until the FC13 offered it. Being able to charge your phone in a pinch is surprisingly useful, especially in emergencies. Another small tradeoff is the clip. This one only has a one-way clip, so you can’t attach it to something like the brim of a hat for hands-free use. The FC13 has a two-way clip, which opens up more options. But to this flashlight’s credit, it does come with a magnetic tail cap standard—which is a big win. On the FC13, I had to buy that separately. Having it included at this price point is honestly awesome. One thing to note: it does get noticeably warm on the highest mode, and pretty fast too—within 10 to 15 seconds. I think that has to do with the lack of heat-dissipating grooves near the head. The FC13, in contrast, has some nice ridges that help it stay cooler longer under heavy use. Overall, I think this flashlight is impressive for the price. It throws light farther than my FC13 and feels well-built. It doesn’t quite match the FC13’s polish or attention to small usability details, but it still punches above its price point. With a few small improvements—larger button, two-way clip, better heat management—it could easily be a standout in the budget flashlight space. Looking forward to what this brand does.

Nice Little Pocket Thrower
This is actually the second one I've bought because I like them. It is a very strong pocket thrower. The L2 uses an emitter that has a very cool tint, which I like for throwers - 6500k. The light is rated IPX6 for waterproof. The L2 is a little larger then other 14500 (battery size) lights that I have but I like that because it fits my hand better. It comes with a single 750mAh rechargeable 14500 lithium ion battery that has a USB-C charging port built in. You can charge the battery using a USB cord or charge it in a conventional Lithium ion battery charger. Any other AA battery will also work. There is no exterior charging port, which will definitely aid water resistance. The light comes with a two-way pocket clip which is attached very firmly to the tube of the L2. Also included are a lanyard, two spare o-rings and a short charging cable (USB-A to C). A USB-C to C cable will also work. Turn On/Off the light with a single full click. This light has a simple operating system with 3 light levels plus strobe. From On - half clicks will continuously cycle thru Low, Medium, and High. It does have uick FULL clicks for Strobe. One click to turn Off.memory for those three modes. When the light is On, do a double half-click for strobe. Pioocan claims the L2 has 1200 lumens with a claimed throw of 115 meters and I believe it. This is a real thrower with good spill. It is extremely bright and throws farther then most of my other 14500 lights, yet has decent spill. This is very impressive, especially considering the low price. The light will get pretty warm if operated in High mode for very long but this is normal for all small lights that use a Liion battery and an LED emitter. The Pioocan L2 turned out to be better then I thought it would be. If you are looking for a pocket thrower, seriously consider the L2. I consider it to be a very good value.

This light is super bright, just as advertised. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the heat. This thing gets super hot fast when set to the brightest setting. I keep mine on the mid setting and it works fine.

One of the worst EDC flashlight. Bad heat management as you can't hold the torch if you use high beam. The brightness is good of the light. But the heat management of the torch is worse.
