I love love love this set! They are not all willy-nilly stretchy stretching out. You have to work your arms out if you were going to use the bands that I purchased I love it. I use them with my bar or sometimes I just use them alone. They are amazing. very very durable. I love the quality.

There are wonderful Youtube sites that show the many uses of these kinds of bands. These are well made. Value is excellent. They work very well for intended use. I have also cut one of these so that it is one large open band - use it for long stretches. Yes, you can build muscles with these. The Youtube vids show how to properly use.

The box seemed like it was previously opened, and when I opened the box the bag provided for the bands had a hole in it like it was burned or something. Kind of odd, but the bands seem to be OK!
