Excellent power hub with usb.
An excellent power strip. Definitely value for money. Sturdy like all D Link products I have used, and looks classy as well. All the ports and plugs function efficiently and are properly spaced and balanced. This is my main connector to the entire Mac setup and I don’t even want to change it out, because it works so damn well,

User friendly
Very useful and easy to carry, option of multiple usb port is very helpful, I use different type of charging cables in different ports. But... The power cable could be a little bit longer, still it's a very nice product!

The 4 universal sockets accommodate different plug types effortlessly, and the child safety shutters give extra peace of mind — especially in homes with kids. What I love most is the combination of 5 USB ports and 1 Type-C port — it lets me charge multiple devices (phones, tablets, Bluetooth accessories) at the same time without needing separate adapters. Charging is quick and stable, and the ports are conveniently spaced so big plugs don’t block each other. Build quality feels robust and durable, with a long cable that reaches easily from wall outlets to desks or corners. Overall, excellent value for the features and safety it offers. A very smart power accessory for busy households or workstations.

faulty USB ports
The USB ports do not seem to be working. Will raise warranty replacement and update the review.

Clean design and works as it should after replacement.
After my earlier power strip partly died, I was on the look for a new one. I needed one which had few sockets and included USB ports. And I wanted it to have a clean design. This one ticked all boxes. Except the colour was white. Still good. The first day I had a pop noise and smoke coming out of the USB port. Called up DLINK and they told me to ship it to their service center and they'll fix it. (The next day before sending for replacement, I checked and everything worked alright. Still sent for a replacement just to be sure.) Instead I asked Amazon for a replacement as it had been just a day. The replacement was all good. No issues. Cord length is alright. It has a power on button. I have not checked charging speed as I don't need it to be fast. Have not tested surge protection.
