Had to return because it the clip that holds the phone in the holster broke off just after I received it. I asked for an exchange, they replaced free of any additional cost. That’s the main reason for the 5 stars. The product itself seems to be of good quality. 2nd is working out fine, so I must have gotten bad one initially. The fact it was exchanged so easily speaks volumes.

I originally bought this as a quick fix till I could find a Pelican or OtterBox for the belt clip. Some reviews on this phone claimed to clip breaks easy. I’ve carried this a few weeks & the phone clips & unclips better than the other brands & I think any of them break when carrying on your side , but so far it seems to be as durable as pelican or Otterbox

The right price, shipped super fast, very nice packaging and installation video, etc. However, didn’t need any help due to the fast, easy setup was so simple & straight forward — just what I was looking for —Love it!

I have purchased more of these holsters than I care to admit. For the way I work I find a holster on my hip works best. Unfortunately there are not many to choose from. This works well in the way it secures the phone and easy access, but the product is flawed. The sprung plastic clip that holds the phone in place is a poor design and is nor robust enough to last more than a few months. I have had 3 of them snap in the same way. The first time I thought I was unlucky, the second time I thought I was either very unlucky or the product had a weakness, this 3rd failure and a close look at the part that failed has convinced me that this will always be a problem unless they change the design.

Great case for users that desire a belt clip to wear their iPhone 16 Pro. The iPhone is protected and held securely, but can be removed easily and quickly with one hand. The plastic case material around the iPhone is easy to grip with your hand, so the risk of dropping the phone when removing it from the case is minimal. The iPhone case is easy to hold for calls or when working on the iPhone. All controls are easily accessible.

Excellent service and product

This case is better than the OEM for the iPhone 16 Pro Max Clear Case. Firstly, it was more than half price and you get a holster. Secondly, it has a slight ridge on the backside to make it more secure when you hold it rather than the OEM having no rig at all, and it being smooth. I always felt it was About right it’ll fall out of my hand. Finally, the bottom where the plug goes on the OEM is completely opened meaning you can scratch it attempting to plug in your new phone. As well, because it’s not covered and completely open if you drop your phone and it lands on the bottom where the plug is, it’s going to damage it and there’s no protection whatsoever. I was surprised that the clear case that I got from the OEM that makes this phone has a clear case in my opinion poorly designed. I highly recommend this product and all you have to do is go to the website of the phones manufacturer and you can see what I’m talking about. as well, having that OEM.for a few days, I was very anxious to hurry up and receive the one that I purchased from Amazon and I am completely surprised on how perfect it really is and so much cheaper and you get so much more… Especially getting a holster which comes handy many times. Finally, and I almost forgot to mention the buttons on the OEM clear case were very hard to push in. On this one that I got from Amazon, it is easy to push the buttons without any problems and they are supple.

I liked this case because it had a clear cover, unlike the last ones I've had. Five months in, the clip came off my belt at my hip and fell to the asphalt, and the back glass of my phone shattered into a million pieces. I'm only 5'5, so it wasn't that long of a drop. While the case kept those pieces in place, I now have to spend $200 to get the back replaced. The front of the phone had extra protection, otherwise that might have also broken. I will go back to the previous case, which never broke my phone. Would not recommend this. My first time ever breaking the glass on my phone :(
