Useful bit of kit
The SwitchBot Weather Station with Outdoor Sensor consists of 3 items. The latest hub mini, the large screen Meter Pro and an external sensor. I've been using SwitchBot products for several years and this kit is a useful addition. It’s all pretty straightforward to set up. Latest Hub Mini The latest hub is similar to the previous version with the addition of being matter enabled. Note that this version doesn’t have a screen. I believe you need an Apple Home Hub to make the most of this extra matter functionality which I don’t own. Meter Pro This has a large screen version of the previous model with the additional capabilities of showing the current time and date and the temperature and humidity of itself and also an additional device e.g. an external sensor. This is certainly an improvement over the older model. I would have preferred it if the current time and date were larger though. Outdoor Sensor I have 2 of them, one of which I have been using outside to monitor the outside temperature and humidity. It corresponds accurately to the weather forecast except when the meter has the Sun on it which is to be expected. The other one I'm using to monitor the temperature of an underfloor heating pipe which works as expected. I like the fact that it uses 2 x AAA batteries rather than the less common button batteries. It was easy to setup and the graphs present the readings in a useful way. Alexa can report the temperature but not the humidity of my outdoor meters (she just returns the humidity of one of my indoor meters) - I believe this is a bug they are working on. Both are displayed and recorded in the app which is fine for my purposes. I’m happy to recommend the kit.

Accurate Weather, Comfortable Home
I’ve only had the SwitchBot Weather Station for a few days, but it’s already made a big difference in our home. The outdoor sensor is brilliant, especially for my wife, who loves being able to check the weather at a glance before heading out. No more guessing if it’s warm enough for a light jacket or if she needs to bundle up—it’s all right there, clear and accurate. It’s also helped me improve the comfort of our home. Within the first day, I realised the living room was drier than I thought, and being able to see the exact humidity levels made it easy to fix. Small changes, like adjusting the heating or opening a window, have made the house feel noticeably better. For my home office, it’s been a game-changer. The display is easy to read, and the app alerts mean I can keep track of the temperature and humidity without constantly checking. It’s great to know when to make small adjustments before the room becomes uncomfortable or distracting. Overall, this weather station has been simple to set up, easy to use, and very reliable. It fits seamlessly into daily life and has proven its value in just a few days. Highly recommended.

Very good ... when set up, but some frustrations!
The setup between the hub (wifi), app, meter and sensor is very straight forward. Initially the frustrating bit was firmware updates. It would get stuck at 10% when updating the hub. After a bit of research, I made sure that wifi/vpn was not connected on my phone and used cellular (4G). After a reboot of the hub, and another attempt, the firmware installed fine .... also to the meter and sensor. Then the real fight .... adding to Amazon Alexa. Added the hub just fine after installing the SwitchBot skill, and Alexa recognised all 3 devices (hub, meter and sensor). However when attempting to create a routine, none of the devices were showing in the "smart home" section. After several re-links/disabling the skill, and removing the devices and re-adding, still no joy!! I was about to pack it all up and return it. Before I did, I headed back to the SwitchBot app, and dug into settings, and had to add the meter and sensor as "secondary devices"! IIRC, this was achieved by selecting the hub in the main "home" screen of the app, hitting the cog(settings) at the top right > Matter Setup > Secondary Devices .... lo and behold, the meter and sensor were showing as "Available", so I added them. Then in Alexa, the devices now showed up in smart home when creating a routine! This was hard work!! Another thing to note, regardless of what temp sensor you have (SwitchBot/Echo or another), the routines has a bug where very granular conditions need to exist for it to work on temperature triggers, as shown by google searches. Amazon needs to fix this as it is pretty much impossible to create working routines based on temp sensors! Finally, now all setup, the meter displays the indoor/outdoor sensor nicely, and the app is good for monitoring my garden room. It will NOT be going back now :-)

Good replacement for old weather station
Got this with the 3 devices reduced during Amazon Prime Days so great value. The SwitchBot app is easy to use and setup devices although I did struggle to read the paper instructions provided, the online ones could be “blown up” to read more easily. Somehow I missed naming a room and setting location so the clock didn’t change at the end of summer time, but found the answers on how to do these easily enough. I’ve not set the hub up yet to see the history of readings but overall impressed and looking to get more devices for other rooms.

Accurate, Easy-to-Use Weather Station
Really impressed with this little weather station. Set-up was straightforward and everything connected to Wi-Fi and the app first time with no fuss. The readings for temperature and humidity seem very accurate, both indoors and outdoors, and update quickly. I like being able to check the conditions from my phone when I’m away from home, and the graphs in the app make it easy to see how things change through the day. The display is clear to read at a glance and the outdoor sensor feels sturdy enough for the British weather. Overall, great value for money and I’d happily recommend it.

I have had this kit for a bit more than a month now and everything is working as it should. Setup was easy using the app and I love the temperature widgets you can have on your phone making it quick to see the temperature whenever you like at a glance. The routine/automation capabilities will be great to notify me if the temperatures go outside of my programmed range. Being this kit has the hub included means I will be good for any other sensors or devices I want to get from Switchbot in the future.

Bought this as a simple weatherstation for the backyard but it is so much more. I have it linked to google home so can see everything from anywhere . The setup was extremely easy and done within minutes, the only thing that could be improved is that the matter integration with google home does more than just showing the hub and not the sensors. The regular google home integration works great though. Soon I will be placing sensors all over the house to replace the zigbee sensors I currently have.

This is a fantastic device, I am very happy with it! Having the extra sensor is a plus as I am trying to monitor temps in different rooms without having to move the MeterPro itself. Matter setup wasn't the most straightfoward compared to other smart systems I have but at least it was only a 1-time frustration after figuring it out...I couldn't seem to determine if a Google Nest hub was truly required but it seems to have completed the setup w/ my Alexa account instead with no other equipment needed. This is a great addition to my smart systems and will be SO helpful in working on equalizing temps throughout my house, and for the money spent I got more thank I expected with this device & the SwitchBot infrastructure.
