Fast acting, good price, easy swallow, great for insect bites

I take a lot of Cetirizine for a host of allergies for most of the year, but if the summer is a bad one for hay-fever, I need extra help and these are the only other ones I can take (because I'm allergic to most antihistamines) so these ones are the only ones that do the job. I take the three a day ones as they also help me to get off to sleep at night and it means I can take them only when needed, I already take the Cetirizine one a day. These work really well and they work fast and last a while. They make me feel drowsy unless I use them three times a day, every day, then I get used to them and while they still work for hay-fever and various other allergies, they stop making me feel drowsy after a while. Highly recommend and so far, even on Prime, they are three quid cheaper than the local shops!

Probably good anti histamines if they work for you. Didnt help me back to Piriton. Like all brand medication you pay more for them than generic value tablets. Its always worth finding out whats in meds and seeing if you can get a cheaper generic brand.Worth a try but will not buy again as they didnt help me.

Great tablets and work very fast

These are the **only** antihistamines that really work fantastically for me. I have hayfever (my hobby is gardening), cat allergy (I have a cat), an allergy to perfumes that seem to be in *everything* and I have very sensitive skin. So I get sore eyes, runny nose, itchiness at everything and I react badly to stings and bites and kitty claws. I have to take these all the time. I have tried Loratadine a few times and it made me so drowsy I couldn't function, Cetirizine didn't seem to work and also makes me drowsy, when I found Acrivastine (this product) I was so so happy. It does work fast, you can't believe it would work that fast but it really does. The best thing is that I do not experience any drowsiness at all with this product, which means I can function, like a normal human being. The only downside to Acrivastine is the price. It's very expensive. I only take 2 day but it still works out to be a lot of money when taking it every day of the year. The price on Amazon was considerably *better* than the prices in the supermarkets, and free delivery. Although it costs a lot, it is completely worth it and I will continue to buy these for the rest of my life.Just for some evidence to my random allergyness, I've added a picture of when a common garden spider bit me on the foot. The doctor informed me it was a rare reaction and the only thing I could do was to take antihistamines and rest it (which I knew but my partner made me go anyway). I couldn't walk for 4 days and couldn't put a shoe on for over a week. Anyway, as always my friend Acrivastine helped me immensely and I would go as far to say that it stopped me from sawing off my own foot.

I ordered this after reading up on 'Benadryl' and reading that it was apparently safe for dogs. I even read in the reviews on UK Amazon that other customers where giving this to their dogs. But this is not safe for dogs. Please do not give UK Benadryl to dogs.United States (US) Benadryl is Diphenhydramine which is considered safe for dogs.United Kingdom (UK) Benadryl is Arivastine which is NOT considered safe for dogs (because Arivastine often also contains pseudoephedrine)If you're in the UK it's really important to check that search results, discussions and advice you're being shown by Amazon is from and for a UK audience.I received the order but haven't given this to my dog because, thankfully, I realised the difference between the US and UK version of this brand.
