Antenna works as promised
There are many similiar antennas on Amazon with a wide variety of prices. This antenna was not the cheapest, but it was certainly less expensive than many others that were available. I cut the cord with my internet / TV provider and obtained new fiber optic service for internet and enrolled with Hulu+ to stream my TV. Works great and costs me only 1/3 as much as my former bill. I do not get the local PBS stations with Hulu+, so I obtained this antenna to capture the local channels not provided with Hulu+. This antenna works great and provides me with 45 local channels. Reception is usually pretty good, but I sometimes get some pixelization on certain channels.Most of the local channels in my area transmit from towers that are about 25 miles from my house.Generally I am pleased with this purchase and do not think a more expensive antenna would have gained my anything.

56 channels, YEA!! but VERY poor reception!
I decided to go cable free! Very excited seeing all the great reviews about this particular HD Antenna. I started with 36 channels, but the reception felt like I had cable again, it kept going in and out particularly with the main stations:ABC, CBS, NBC etc.. So, I moved it to the side of my window (as you'll see in the picture) Wow, now I have 56 channels!! But the reception got worse!! I have a tree across the street, but that can't be the issue. I'm really, really disappointed, considering all the positive feedback, that's been posted. I know sometimes there's a glitch. I can't even find how to email the makers of this product, since it states they will stand behind their product. Oh well! Not sure what I'll do, since I'm new to no more cable. BTW it's not my TV, because everything else works using the fire stick.I'd like to make an updated remark. After my posting yesterday, I went home and my husband tried the TV again, for some reason the reception got MUCH better. We had really clear channels. I was thinking maybe it took time after the rescan to work itself out. Much, much happier now. I'll definitely get another one for our second TV!!

CUTTING THE CORD
I VERY recently cut the cord. Im joining the ranks of no cable. I purchased this antenna because i missed the free converter boxes that were given out several years ago and i was curious about what tv i could get with no cable nor add-ons.First EASY to install. The most difficult thing is getting a good spot to receive reception. I found a spot but im not sure if its a good spot for all the channels. I just received it today so i will update in a month.

works great
This antenna gets all my local channels here in Miami with the exception of channel 10, in all fairness i haven't change locations to place the antena. The reception is fantastic all in HD and i only plan to use it when heavy downpour interferes with the Directv signal. For the price you can't go wrong.

Fantastic
Works well. Easy to install and the white color blends in well with my wall.

Would not pick up any channels, too much junkbeing sold on amazon lately.

Works great
Very easy to set and gets great reception. The cord is long so you can mount it by a window and run it to the tv. The white blends right into the wall

Don’t buy
Terrible reception. I get more channels with a different brand antenna. I will be throwing this thing away.
