it's actually a really good product!!!!!¡ so... you know when you go from cold place to a warmer one, and your skin feels like (what's that word for when you feel so cold you feel hot? "icey hot"? idk) icey hot because your body was trying to stay warm, and now that the surrounding air is also warm, you feel like doubley warm?..... well this little "personal space cooler" did that. I felt that i c e y hot 👌🏻**oh... but if you're buying this, never EVER EVER tilt it on any of its sides if it has water in it, it'll all come pouring out rly fast :L5 stars for cooling ability, -1 for my wet carpet**let it be known that the air flow was aimed directly at me, and the unit was aprox 2 feet away

Figured out leaking problem-rubber gasket on float needs to be inverted like a cone and be inserted into fill hole- now working fine

Worked great at first....but after only a couple of days it magically doesn't work at all!!!!! ugh

I filled this thing up and on the first night, it leaked all over the desk and literally ruined the wooden top. I gave it a second chance and within 5 minutes my entire desk was flooded once again. This product is an absolute no go.

This little box is the equivalent of putting a bowl of ice in front of a fan and having the fan blow cold air at you. It's not the most cooling device out there but it works fairly decent for what it is. I think most people think that this little thing will help them cool off an entire room when it really just cools off maybe a 2-foot max radius around it. I work in front of a computer and this cooler is on the desk that I work from so I can definitely feel the cool air blasting into my face. I have no relied on it to do anything other than blowing cool air right in front of me. That in itself deserves the stars it gets. The problem with this thing is the leakage. Others were right about not tipping this thing over because once you do water will just spill out. Even then, it will still leak water for whatever reason out of no where. One time I thought I had emptied out the water in the tank only to pick it up and seeing my table all wet. I have fixed that problem by adding duct tape to the bottom of the device where there are holes and slits that could leak out water. That is probably the biggest flaw this thing has and why it does not get a higher rating than 3-stars.

Ok... first of all it does cool you down, IF you are right in front of it. But the quality of it is not very good. First off, while trying to set it up, the plug would not go into the the back of the unit. It took some finessing to actually get it plugged in. Second, the water reserve; there is a small plastic bit that goes in it, it does not fit all the way in, because of that the opening doesn't close all the way. Third and probably the worst, it leaks. I can not figure out where the water is actually come out from. At one point the reserve was empty within a minute and water all over my desk. If I happen to turn it off with any water in it, it will leak. Overall pretty bad product. I don't recommend it.

Since I need to sit in front of computer at least 8 hours per day, and my place is so hot, I bought this to give it try. It's working great, and I am using it every day. It has a USB plug, and it totally fits me since I use the computer every day. I've used for almost a month, there is nothing wrong with it. It is still cold especially when I put ice in it. Great product.

It was good while it lasted. I had it for most of this summer and it worked well up until the metal wires that sense if theres water rusted over and the LED started to blink constantly. I took it apart to see if i could fix it (which was extremely hard to do) and realized there was no hope and ultimately had to throw it away. I liked it. But don’t expect the lights to work for more than a few months
