Good gym shoes
Great trainers Lightweight, quite stable but not for heavier lifts or squats. Well made, very breathable and no annoying squeak on the floors Fit true to size

Great and light weight. Got them for my holidays as I like something comfy on my feet 👍

Good for strength training, not for running or cardio work
I wear these for strength training. They are very firm under foot so I wouldn't recommend them for running, gym sessions with cardio, fitness classes, or other types of sport (I wore them to walk the dog and I felt every step). Like how minimalist they are. A bit narrow so I went up half size to 5.5 (I'm a 5 in Skechers and flat work-type shoes, a 5.5 in Asics which are also narrow). Deducted one star because they're very expensive for a shoe that's so specialised that I only wear for one activity (1 hour, three times a week).
