This ice maker is fast! Takes about 5 minutes to get 9 cubes. This is great for cooling down drinks after a long run or having ice ready on demand. Very easy to set up and use, all you need to do is add water and plug it in. Fits nicely on my countertop. The small size is also convenient for moving it outside for outdoor functions during the hot summer months. Functions better than described. Ice tastes like ice. Has lasted me almost a year to date with moderate use.

I got this back in April of last year and we love the ice it makes. Unfortunately, it broke last month…..I reached out to the seller with a picture of the issue and without hesitation they sent me a new one and were very easy to work with. My family loves the ice maker and I just can’t thank them enough for being so responsive and professional and making sure our concerns were heard and addressed.

This is a really nice machine. It works very well and thinks for itself when it gets too full or runs out of water. At first my daughter thought you could just leave the ice in it. But if you want one of those, you're going to have to spend a heck of a lot more money. I just empty it into a bucket in the freezer.And after a few minutes, whilst making another load, I'll break the ice up with a knife just so it's easier later. I'm very happy with it for the purpose that I bought it for.

This ice maker works great, I thought it was self cleaning but I’m not sure I haven’t been able to figure it out. I’ve quality is good, as well as the production of ice. It is kind of noisy but not too bad. Size is great it fit on my counter top just fine.

The unit started producing great on the third cycle. I don't really notice a difference between the small and large cube sizes. It is quieter than our old unit.

I bought this back in April 2025 now it’s August 2025. I was very happy with my purchase. My sister even bought one. I started noticing a yellow type of algae growing at the bottom where you put the water. I have cleaned my ice machine three times already. I was getting ready to clean it for the fourth time since I bought it when I noticed the black mold I could not believe it that’s why I posted the video. My daughter is really the only one that uses the ice machine every single day she fills up her bottle of water with ice and she has been complaining of stomach pain for the past three weeks severe stomach pain. I’m going to take her to the hospital to get her checked out because now that I found the black mold, I believe this is why her stomach has been hurting. This machine should not be producing mold, especially with cleaning at least once a month. I would like for the seller to contact me because I would like a full refund.
